One stop resort , we don’t feel to go anywhere Else while staying at Novotel Bali Benoa. We enjoyed the beach, pool, especially our one private bedroom Villa , my kids love the Villa , they can just run in and out as it’s very spacious.
Staff are very friendly, We ask them to deliver our breakfast to our Villa as our kids are too loud in the restaurant.
They delivery it right away and I only order breakfast for two but they told us to order for our kids as well (very generous , it’s included for our toddler as well).
Breakfast was delicious .
SPA was very nice and relaxing with affordable price .

Beautiful hotel located in Benoa Beach. I was the only guest during the PPKM. The team was friendly and always helpful. I am sure the experience would definitely be better once it is back to normal operations. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Kinda sad when i see this beautiful iconic hotel only receieve 3 guest in this pandemic era.

But i do enjoy it as my private beach. Private pool. Private hotel.
Hotel still clean although employee has been reduced.

Hope this hotel can back to its good old days. Fully booked. Best regards from your loyal costumer

Located near the beach, 2 swimming pools. The hotel has a big restaurant and it serves also the dinner. The food is various and good. The staffs are friendly and helpful

This hotel was the biggest disappointment so far. When we arrived, check in took forever because at 5pm our room wasn’t ready! (Check in supposed to be from 2pm in this hotel) it’s not only happened to us, there was another group of people their rooms wasn’t ready as well!
The rooms are old, but cozy. But old. Shower is broken. Water is running super slow and it’s hard to make it warm, it’s always super hot or cold. (Btw bath didn’t have hot water at all)
We didn’t have any shower gel. Also, if you want to get tooth brushes you have to request it only. (Let’s not forger it’s “5 stars hotel”).
They give you some cards for towels in the hotel. You can’t lose this peace of paper ,otherwise you will pay 200.000rp.
For the dinner we went to the hotel restaurant to have some desserts and coffee. And if you want to try the worst cappuccino in your life, welcome to Novotel Bali. It was so bad that we couldn’t drink it at all. Desserts are ok. Nothing special. Fruit plate was also bad coz all the fruits was green, even watermelon. Prices are too high for this. 3 desserts + 2 cappuccinos u003d 500.000rp (tax is 21%)
Breakfast was nothing special.
Staff is SUPER friendly tho.
I stayed in other Novotel hotels, and I really liked them, but this one in Bali is so bad I recommend not to stay here if you don’t want lose your money for nothing.

Overall Very nice and clean hotel.

Our room and the services are fantastic.

We love the beach/sea area when its tide, its very clean and no big and jagged rocks or sea urchins, so we can swim or snorkeling without any fear of passing boat or wounded by rocks or the sea urchins....

But we have some minor complain..

1. The cold water flow for the bathtub is very small compared to the hot water, so it takes rather long times to fill the bathtub with the comfortable temperature.

2. The small retractable pipe for cleaning in the bidet toilet seats are not working, so the water flow did not reach the intended area that needs to be cleaned.

3. When we arrived, the inside of the fridge is little warm, even though the thermostat indicator set to very minimum temperature.

Then we notice that the back and side of the refrigerator storage needs to have an opening so the heat from the exhaust compressor could be blown out therefore it will make the refrigerator working optimally.

4. The HDMI input at the TV is not working.

That's all we have notice when staying at the hotel.

Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. The food was above expectation and we really did not have a bad meal the entire week. Slightly slow on occasion at Coco's, but the wait was always worth it. Highly recommended the lamb curry for lunch. We stayed in a Tropical Terrace Beach Side Room. The rooms were as pictured and comfortable. Some small attention to detail in the room maintenance will do well to ensure a 5star rating. Room service was 24hours, quicker than expected and also very decent. Softer, larger more luxurious bathroom towels would be welcomed and the toiletries provided are great. The resort size if fair and split in two sides on either side of the road with pools on both sections. The resort was relatively quiet while we were there and very enjoyable, however I do feel if it was very busy, the availability of seating for meals, pool access and sunloungers at the pools may be limited. All said, we would happily stay here again. Keep up the good work Novotel Benoa.
