We stayed here for 5 days and very nice experience. Staffs were very helpful. On request they gave us room at top floor. Total 8 restaurants (i missed some of them). Fantastic whats app service, any query or room service was just a whats app away. Pool was awesome. Special mention to the family building, Those coming with a kid can try this building. Only one area of improvement..rooms should have more mobile charging points. Overall great stay.

We stayed at the grand mirage for 10 nights in their family paradise location and added in the all inclusive package. It's a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive package is well and truly worth it. Good food options throughout the resort, but the traditional Indonesian food and burgers were absolute stand outs! Of all their restaurants the Jukung Julie's was the best!

Plenty of daily activities to keep the family busy and lots of pools to relax in without being crowded.
The kids club is great with lots to do for all ages, a big thanks to Wini for everything she does at the kids club and as a Nanny. The kids absolutely loved her and Toma.
The day spa was incredible too for us adults, a great way to unwind!

The restaurant staff were all wonderful and friendly ensuring we had everything we needed and that we had a wonderful time.
We highly recommend the infinity pool couples breakfast. An amazing way to start the day with something different!
Special thanks to Ari for looking after us at our romantic seafood extravaganza.

We had a great time at Grand Mirage. Staff were always helpful. Recommend the all inclusive package. We got to try all the amazing food and went through the big cocktail list. The family section with kids club and waterslide is a short walk but they have a free shuttle cart between the two and we preferred staying away from the family area. Lots of activities on offer. Adults only infinity pool right near the beach was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

An honest review - firstly this hotel is NOT in Nusa dua. The pool side service is horrible. If your happy to wait and hour for fried food. This is in the family paradise. Food is pretty average as well, throughout the whole hotel. Breakfast is it's saving grace.

The accommodation is fine. Staff are lovely, as usual.

A number of the 8 restaurants are closed.

The two star is for the facility but the service is very very bad. Specially the restaurant service, it’s pathetic. The person does not understand English and it’s hard to make him understand what is needed. If you are landing late and need dinner, don’t wait to order from the restaurant as there is only one person who takes food order, cooks and delivers in the room. Our order got delivered at 01:30am and we had already slept. While the hotel boosts about many restaurants, there is only one that is open with limited same food menu. I do feel sorry for the service staff as it’s more like the hotel is exploiting the staff putting them in an area where they need to deal with lot of foreigners and also making them over work with multiple tasks. If you have a child and you are looking for good service then this is not the place for you. They charge a premium like other 5star resorts but the service is very bad. Your holiday will turn into being stressful.

This a fantastic family resort.

A beautiful resort with so much for the kids to do, including a very organised kids club and 3 pools to choose from.

Enough restaurants to make choosing difficult sometimes and the most amazing breakfast buffet.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

Will definitely return.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Grand Mirage and had a wonderful stay. The staff is lovely and work very hard to make your experience extra special. Widya at breakfast and her team were lovely and Bayu who looked after our room did an excellent job. All facilities are great and our daughter loved the water slides. Great location for dinner with a wide selection of restaurants. Only issue was the beach. Because the full beach is dedicated to the water sports, we can't swim in the sea which was a huge disappointment for us. I don't understand why they don't at least create sections for swimmers to enjoy the ocean.
