The most dirty MCD I ever have been, leftovers everywhere in the chairs on table rubbish on the floor dirty never cleaned windows. Downstairs Air-conditioning off Cash Maschines doesn't work and need to order on the screen which need 3 times longer than on Cashier because for payment had to move there because of broken Card terminal!!! Often I eat curly fries but never looks horrible like here chicken nuggets was hard like over fried, watch pictures! If I could give minus stars I would give -5. Don't want your money at this outlet!

Very nice food, all fresh and a large variety. Never had rice in a McDonald's or KFC style spicy chicken! All of the food came hot and fresh to the table, much different to the UK where it's cold and been sitting there all day. Would recommend! Got loads of food for the equivalent of around £10 including drinks!

This McDonald's location is part of a three floored shophouse "ruko" complex. The third floor has an open seating area but it was closed off. There is also a McD Bazaar office located on the 3rd floor. Overall the service was mediocre compared to other locations.

Loved the second floor. Many nooks and cranny, perfect spot for a rendezvous? ????
McD menu as usual, consistent food. It is the atmosphere that define the place.

We had a couple of drive through here for some sundaes ????????. So for a change we had a dine in and treat the girls to Happy Meals.

A happy day indeed.

This is the first McD I saw with online order and EDC machine handled by customer.
Well, it's good but they have to educate the customer how to operate the system since not all their customers was familiar using it and to avoid long queue.
Maybe it's good for the staffing for thw owner, however what's the point if they have staff and didn't take care of guest needs, like the soap was empty and none of them refill it.

Good place for eating and maybe doing work and bringing laptop here. Ordered for matcha latte but the drink was not what i expected to be. Matcha latte with coffee inside?? This must be a joke. Wanted to complain but every staff was really busy so there’s no room to ask nor complain.

There is no point of having drive thru service if we need to wait longer than expected. There was no customer waiting inside for dine in, takeaway, nor drive thru. We were the only person there. Dissapointing and poor service not as we expected from a big fast food chain as McD. Hope they can improve better
