no slippers, no bathroom equipment, no coffee/tea, blankets are still dirty. The breakfast menu is incomplete, the lobby toilet is very dirty. Prices do not match conditions. the point is this hotel is bad

Very bad service, when I came on late night, the room is not ready even We were calling before at noon. The room boy not used uniform and only used slipper

Aminities cmn cofe maker and cup towel only bath towel and bathmat tv has plenty ant so bad i ask hand towel but the hotel doesn't know what is that hand towel

About 30 minutes walk into the beach if you can find your way through small alleys in the back of the hotel. Those make the ambience of the restaurant feels perfect and comfy. The nice thing about this place is the resto for breakfast is just beside the swimming pool, nice touch.

Location is great and accessible. Rooms are small. Breakfast was not that pleasant despite the fact that there were several selections of food from toast, rice, noodles, even an egg station. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay. Good luck for the Grand Opening.

All seemed fine until the next day when I returned to the hotel to find I had been locked out of my room due to non-payment. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location and budget wise, this hotel is worth the value and close from the airport. Hotel rooms should be the safest place on your trips but you wont get protection in this place.
