Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, the examination was complete and thorough, very professional. The doctors were really helpful and all my doubts were answered. It was also extremely cheap considering they gave me the medication in the hospital itself without having to buy it outside.

The only good thing about this hospital is the friendly staff.

Downsides are:
- Very quiet
- Expensive rooms for overnight treatment (not worth the price for what we get)
- Foreigners are charged double (says right on the room price list)
- Looks deserted and creepy
- Minimal staff
- Minimal and cheap equipments
- Unhygienic practices and cleanliness
(Nurse literally took a plastic cup from rubbish bin to store clogged blood from iv tube, then actually give up and gave us a better quality iv tube which they should have from the begining)
- Slow administration process (compare to other hospitals this one was very slow took us 25 minute to sign up for emergency room, took 2 hours of process to leave the hospital)
- Food preperation was not on time, was not early enough especially for one with stomach gastric issues.
- Requesting anything from the nurse was slow.

And lastly they tried to overcharged us by mispronouncing the total bill, several times. (Kept saying its 2.8mill idr when its written 2.080k idr on a small note paper)

Asked for receipt before paying and they Refused, told we have to pay up first so we can see what we paid for! AND SHOCKINGLY after paying they charged us 2x doctor visit when doctor never ever visited us, doctor didnt actually respond to the calls from the nurse when I asked if doctor is visiting.

Conclusion, we were tormented and stuck in a hospital hell for 2 days 1 night.

Do not recommend this place, at all.

You should avoid this hospital like a plague, services are bad, nobody pay attention to the patient, very very expensive, one night in here is much more expensive than premium Villa, without insurance,, they'll suck you dry! beware, you'd been warned.

Grateful to be referred to this hospital. The nurse is friendly. Food for patients also varies. Feel at home as a patient even if you share a room with other patients. Thank you Graha Asih!

Tahun 2019 lalu saya terkena dbd. Dari RS Jimbaran, dirujuk ke RSU Graha Asih karena kamar yang ditanggung BPJS saya sudah full di RSU Jimbaran. Bersyukur dirujuk ke RS ini. Perawatnya ramah. Makanan untuk pasien pun variatif. Merasa betah sebagai pasien mesikipun berbagi ruangan dengan pasien lain. Terima kasih Graha Asih!
