The worst hotel .DONT STAY HERE. For $62 p/night not worth it. We booked for 4 nights on our last leg of holidays and could only stay for the night. You will be on LOWER GROUND level, no windows, very dark, smells like sewerage. As you can see on the pictures all the linens are stained. I had to ask for an extra pillow case as the pillows were badly discoloured. Pictures are not up to date. The only good things is the rooftop pool and that is it!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Big bar area could do better i think the music is too loud. Great views over the beach but you need ear plugs

I think is really a nice hotel, the price it's not too much expensive, good located, comfortable 'n Kuta beach view. It's near from Mall Kuta Beachwalk. thanks.

Overpriced. Rude staff. Water leaking from the roof. Water smells terrible in the bathroom with no hot water in the shower late at night. On a positive note the trainee staff at the seven bar for Dinner and Breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful I sincerely hope the the sake of the hotel owners that the trainees replace the Rude full time staff at the hotel with the exception of the host at the dinner BBQ he was extremely helpful and friendly.

Best area in kuta..the entertainment place right infront of the beach and they have great rock band with a lady singer..

Great location, very ideal to watch sunset from the rooftop area
Prices for drinks and food are very reasonable
