My time at this homestay was great.
I had read reviews that spoke of unavailability upon arrival so I called before making the booking and confirmed they had space. I had no issues.

The room was clean and tidy. The host were friendly and welcoming, also they have the cutest u0026 calmest baby.

Good location u0026 well priced.

I would absolutely recommend.

Cozy Homestay thays very cheap, has good wifi, aircon and a restaurant/shop. Location wise financially and service wise... Best place ever.

Best homestay in Indonesia! I am living in Made Roejas Homestay and I really enjoy the place. Made and his wife a very friendly so that they really feel as new family. They can help the guest with everything and give a great cultural experience. Thank you very much! Hanke

After reading a bunch of reviews saying that they overbook, I booked anyway because it was so affordable. I had a feeling that they would be fully booked when I arrived and I was right. They offered their other homestay that was not as well located. I said no and started looking for another accommodation. Suddenly, they “worked something out”, and there was a room available. The room was clean enough but really run down. We didn’t feel very comfortable being in there. Toilet was pretty gross. Staff were friendly, and restaurant is pretty good. They rent out scooters for a good price. All in all, would not stay again.

We stayed there for our last week in Bali and within our 4 week trip, Made Roejas Home Stay was the cheapest and also the one with the best price-perfomance ratio. Our room had a private bathroom and enough space to store our surfboards and equipment. Wijii and his staff were really friendly and helpful, they provided us with a scooter, the place was very clean. The food was awesome and the atmosphere very family-like. Nice place and cheap! Made us very welcome. BUT.
Arrival and leaving was not smooth.

When we were leaving they didnt know we had already paid online. They stopped us when we had an early morning plane to catch. If we were late we would have missed our plane. It made us look as though we were escaping without paying. Make sure you drill to them all the info they should already know haha.

(I also had the same situation when arriving of them not knowing i was coming and having to prove by showing them my booking app information)

Home stay is nice but smell of the bed was very bad. Couldn’t sleep, also because the light from outside was shining in my face. The water stopped running for 5 mins twice, when I was under the shower.
