Im never one to write a complaint but I have to simply for everyone’s safety. The place in inhabitable- there’s no food, water, air conditioning, electricity works every couple of hours for around 5 minutes. The rooms are falling apart with dirt and mould all over the floors and walls. The beds are dirty with stains and black marks. There’s no one around to help and I felt really unsafe- it feels like it’s a abandoned hotel and you shouldn’t be there. The only good thing was the view in the day of the golf course but don’t stay here and listen to the reviews. I hate to write this as i feel bad for the 1 person who is working there.

Turned up to find out there was no pool, no wifi, no drinking water (all were advertised). There was an issue with Agoda, and the staff refused to help us, telling us to contact them ourselves. But we couldn’t because they had no wifi!

We found out I mistakenly booked the wrong night, paying for the day after instead. The hotel outright refused to move our booking forward, despite there being plenty of spare rooms (the place looked deserted). They were trying to force us to pay all over again, even though we had already paid on Agoda. We ended up having to leave and lost around £20. Not happy.

The room is good but need a maintenance for some points. The breakfast is a big no, not much choice. There were only fried rice (greasy), capcay, fried chicken in sauce, etc (only about 6 or 7 dish to choose). They put the bread on the openly air and it made the bread not soft anymore. The jam was good. Nice view on the rooftop. Good for you if you need a silence holiday. This 5 stars hotel is actually so good, but need more maintenance.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.
Arriving late at night with 2 of my other friends (close to 11pm), only 1 reception desk was open while there are 2 other couples waiting in line to be served. Then, the computer used for registration was restarting (more waiting time). After 20 minutes of waiting, finally we checked in and were ushered to our room. Then all started to go even worse:
1. There are clothes already on one of my friend’s room
2. Phone is not working (hence if you have any complaints, you’ll need to go down to reception)
3. Lift is not working
4. No remote TV (but there is TV), our usher said he would look at other rooms u0026 at the end of the night still didn’t find any
5. Hot water is not working (all rooms)
6. Electricity socket at bedside table for charger is not working properly (keep going on and off)
7. Bathroom is smelly
8. Rooms are dusty (you can walk around and feel it at your foot palm). Even one of my friends’ boyfriend started to get his asthma
9. There is stray of hair at the pillow (and more of hair at floor)
10. There are dead flies everywhere (and life one too of course)
11. There are lump of dust at the bathtub
12. Yellowish stain with spot of dust/fungi at the towel
13. The wall is thin, so when someone else ring your room next door, it feels that your room is the one who they ring
14. At my friend’s room there is a line of ants going into the room (to eat dead insects under the bed)
15. Water is salty (I am brushing my teeth with aqua)

AND THE BEST CASE IS around 12.30am when I started to fall asleep (despite all the things that I have mentioned above), the emergency alarm rang (I didn’t know why). Great. Definitely not returning and will tell everyone else to stay away from this hotel.
The only good thing in this hotel is the receptionist (the one who checked us in u0026 ushered us in the room). I wonder how he could have such patience to face all our anger. He said, ‘For every issues u0026 problems, we are learning u0026 trying to improve.’ Despite he does not have any solution at least he is listening and trying to accommodate.
In the meantime, please stay away from this hotel.

Do not get scam by google images of this hotel. Absolutely NOT a 5-Star hotel. Found unknown hair at the bathroom floor and bed. The water was salty, couldn’t even brush teeth with the salty water. No hot water either. The phones in the rooms are not even working, plugged to the walls but just for display. With the room service, they knock on your door at 8 am in the morning and ask if you would like to get your rooms to be make up. The entire hotel building is huge but there were no people staying at all, feels like an abandoned hotel.

This is really just a terrible place to stay. I would give 0/5 if possible. I visited this hotel 3 days ago and even now it still leaves such a bitter memory that I feel compelled to write a review so that no one else has to suffer the same thing again. The minimum expectation for a hotel is that it is at least clean and this hotel fails even that. I wouldn't stay in this hotel even if someone paid me to stay. There is just so much wrong at this hotel that have already been mentioned by other reviews. When we arrived, our first room smelt like sewerage and the bed linen and towels were all deeply stained. There were also hair and insects on the bed. When we complained, they showed us another 6 rooms but they were all similar and so we decided to just leave and book another hotel nearby. A place like this really should be closed down so that people do not have to suffer another terrible experience here. I feel really bad for the staff who were trying their best to find something comfortable. It is not their fault, it is the fault of the hotel management and owners who have really done a terrible job. This is literally the worst hotel I have been to by far - I don't even understand how a place like this can exist at this day and age. For the same amount of money you can definitely get better accommodation near by. SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND JUST DO NOT STAY HERE. I'm sure the other 5/5 reviews are fake - no way anyone can stay here and give that kind of rating. The hotel owners really need to sit down and think about what it means to run a proper hotel - and that is, putting customers first.

This hotel looks like it had been deteriorated before it even finished. Agree with other comments, floor and walls, and edges between walls and counter-top are very dirty. Towels are very very old and floor mat are dirty. Looks like they built it too much for the "fame" with the hotel logo onto various items but that makes it very difficult to replace with new items. Hence, we end up with off-white color towels. The room is big. The shower head is strong and water doesn't back up on the shower floor, which is good. Food is mediocre and some covered with fruit flies. Staff are not very friendly, barely speak English. Didn't even provide a hand towel or washcloth, only bath towel. When asked they said the order hadn't arrived yet. I think they will never arrive. No tray for hand bar soap. Toilet is a little stinky. Maintenance works were not cleaned up properly. However, to be fair though, you get what you pay for for such a low price. If you want the cheap price and don't mind the crappy condition, this hotel is for you.
