It was really a great experience at the Heritage hotel. The people are kind and polite enough, and respond to our needs immediately. Everything is neat and clean. Rooms well maintained.
Special mention to the yummy breakfast provided in the morning. It's a great buffet with lots of varieties, and the roof top swimming pool along with the scenic view of the Kuta beach was a breathtaking dine in area to be at!

I'll start with the good things.

The hotel was actually really nice, clean. They used a traditional ambience which usually loved by foreigners. The swimming pool was placed at the rooftop, which gives us the sea view.

But,...

The swimming pool wasn't so clean, I saw some oily thingy on the pool. Also the traditional ambience cause a dark atmosphere. The gym was also pretty small. Unfortunately the breakfast was also just normal, just like the 3 or 4 stars hotel.

In conclusion, the place was comfortable, but not extraordinary.

Awesome location for party or shopping aficionado. You have clubs, cafes, restaurants, spa, shops, everything nearby. Beach is just right in front of the property.

Rooms were good and big. Internet was good. I personally was not the fan of their bathroom and toilet design, but then it could be personal preference.

Breakfast was really good with a large buffet, with many options. Restaurants were also good. Few of the things we tried was really good.

Overall all the facilities were there which one would expect like pools, gym, spa, etc.

Apart from the bathroom design, there were things three things which I wished were better:
1. The room itself was big, but so was the bed, oversize for two which occupied the major portion in the room leaving less free spaces. Also in my room, a nearby club music sound was coming everyday till 11. It was not very loud, but I am a Light Sleeper and was a problem for me.
2. The chairs were pretty low for my height (6 feet), and though looked fancy, was not practical if you are working on a laptop on the provided desk.
3. The teabags options were very limited. Only green and jasmine tea, both of which you cant have as a milk tea.

The location is next to beach. They have infinite pool and you can view sunset right from the pool or beach next to hotel.
Its in city center hence you will not fall out of eating options.
Hotel also upgraded our room when reached.
They provide good breakfast. I enjoyed my stay with hotel.

If you need to be in Kuta and want a little oasis to relax in, I can highly recommend the Heritage Hotel. It really is a very welcoming, comfortable space. Putu, her colleagues at the front desk, the entire hotel staff, from front of house security to the pool bar attendants, are nothing short of super friendly and obliging. Everything I requested was taken care of with a big smile. Afternoons at the pool were a highlight for us. Cool tunes, cold drinks and great food. The bar staff making sure we had all we needed. Every meal ordered in the hotel for our 5 night stay was fresh and super tasty. You really don't need to bother with local restaurants after dining in the hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with our room attendant doing a fantastic job each morning. Thanks Heritage for a lovely stay. We'll be back soon....

We got a free upgrade and the stay was great. However, room-wise, they could do with a higher temperature of hot water in the shower, and maybe they could clean the windows because the views of the ocean would have been amazing.

Amenities: Room + pool services were great. Breakfast was ok — they take a really long time to refill the buffet when the food has run out, but the variety is great.

Location: great! It’s near the beaches, a little noisy some evenings because of the bars below and above it. But it’s great, we will
definitely stay there when we are back in Kuta.

Great place to stay in two nights after covid pandemic. Just across Kuta Beach . Easy access and free parking. There’s a nice liquor store and Circle K mart at the basement.

Good breakfast and family friendly. Awesome Indonesian and Europea menu.

I ordered my room through Booking.com app just two weeks before arrival.

The.room is really good . hot water pressure is really good. king Size bed for my selves . And great 4 pillows.

I hope to come back again next year ????????????
