Great place to stay if you are on a budget, surprised at what I got for the price. Rooms are a good size, WiFi is good, cold and hot water are supplied outside the rooms. Location is close to the airport which was handy as I could walk there and didn't have to worry about getting transport. It's about 20-30 minutes walk to Kuta Beach. Some good (and cheap) food options close by. I'm giving this 5 stars as the price that I paid is amazing value for money.

Very near airport , big room, many reasonable price places to eat good food, and just 100 meter to beach( it’s not main beach and main beach is around 2 km away).
Friendly staff. No lift but staff helped with bags. Good Wi-Fi which is rare in Bali. 1-2 km from party places.

Friendly and attentive staff!
Room was reasonably spacious but bathroom/toilet had weird smell.

I can not stop gushing about this place. I've stayed in a lot of places in Indonesia but none so far have beaten the value of this place. Large rooms at super cheap prices. Cable TV with hundreds of HD-quality channels. Table and seats with plates and silverware for when you want to eat in. Nice view from the balcony with excellent natural lighting during the day. Great beds, clean sheets, comfortable couch, clean bathroom with hot water. The only negative was I had to lug my suitcase up four flights of stairs as there's no elevator. Was worth the exercise when I saw the kind of room I was getting for the price I was paying. Owner and staff were very friendly. Location is RIGHT next to th Kuta Beach (literally 5 minutes walking distance). If you can book a room here do it.

Lovelable place and decor, nice staff, cozy atmosphere, provides full furnitures include oven u0026 mini fridge, near beach. Only have small parking space, but hence it's perfect for solo/family trip. Totally 10/10 would come back again.

This was the first place we went when we arrived in Bali late at night. It's literally 5 minutes from the beach and airport, best of both worlds. Loved the staff here, the receptionist was super kind and happy to help us with any questions we had! Probably one of the best places we stayed in Bali. Will be coming back :)

We booked in here for half a day as we had a late flight. The price and location was convenient for a place to relax before we went to the airport. Once we arrived we wished we’d discovered this place sooner.
It was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, the wifi was the best we’d had in Bali and there was plenty of hot water.
It’s in a great location with shops, restaurants and massage parlours right out the front and a big shopping centre, Lippo Mall, 5 minutes walk away.
I would highly recommend Kuta Beach stay. It was so much nicer than the place we stayed previously in Legian and only a fifth of the price. We would definitely stay here again.
