This hotel is amazing. Great escape from the noisy and polluted streets in Kuta. The rooftop bar with swimming pool was absolutely incredible and clean. Rooms are large and well-cleaned. The staff is really nice and makes you feel welcomed. The only negative point is for the breakfast - not so many choices, rather disappointing. On the other hand, the food which we ordered through room service was delicious.

I stay in this hotel for 4 nights during my visit last week with my family ???? with kids. Very cozy and we'll design hotel. Very comfortable room. Although i stay there for 4 days, but I enjoy the breakfast there. They change the menu everyday. Although not much variety especially the bread, cereal u0026 porridge section. The pool u0026 Jacuzzi at rooftop is great place to hang out with family u0026 friend but would be better is got a small kid pool for little one

Good, prompt service with some minor house keeping issues. The hotel is widely used by families and there are can be a lot of children around at times. The pool on the rooftop was small but refreshing and offered a nice view of the city. Location is good and off the main drag. Plenty of local food options within walking distance.

The hotel is in a great location. 8 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the airport.
The made the room look really nice for our honeymoon.

Very welcoming
Amazing staff
The pool bar is amazing
Very very clean
The reception area is amazing

Cons
The breakfast is okay, the try to switch the option around but some days it's a hit and miss.

Overpriced drink

Massage not the best, if you are a big guy/woman like me

Really like the hotel. Rooms are clean. Beautiful roof top pool with restaurant. Has spa facility. Tariff includes an elaborate buffet breakfast. Breakfast is really really good. Walkable distance from Kuta beach. Very near to Mall. There are many options for food nearby which includes Indonesian, Chinese, Indian, American. Locality is fairly safe to roam around at night.

Cozy place to stay couple or family. Easy to move around as there is lots of shops located nearby. At times the traffic can be bad but you still have a choice to walk or ride a cab. Rooms are fine, i personally love the king bed. Choice of food for breakfast is good and satisfying. Staffs are pleasant and friendly. You will definitely come back to stay at this property.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room was large and clean, and was a fair price. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to hangout. The breakfast wasn't fantastic, but there was enough food to fill me up. Would have love pancakes or bacon, but it was more of a traditional Indonesian breakfast with a few toast u0026 cereal choices. Beautiful hotel.
