I absolutely do not recommend... Rooms are dirty, small (you can barely turn around... with bags, you need to jump over, to reach doors... and it's not exaggerated...). It looks like they need some renovation, repaint etc. Our first reaction was "what the he'll is that". The only plug in the room is right above the sink (safety first...). The shower doors of our room (mated glass) were not closing fully + have no lock, so it's a bit uncomfy if you're not close with someone you share room with. The worst part of all is bed bugs. Yes, BED BUGS and apparently, it's not a new problem, judging from previous reviews. They are everywhere, even on the couches and cushions in the bar/reception area.
We booked and payed for 3 nights but after first night moved immediately to another place. We asked for our money back but the staff didn't want to give refund until we fought for a long time. The stuff also doesn't speak English well.

The only positive thing is free coffee and tea 24/7

the price is really what you get which is...sleeping with BED BUGS! at first i thought it was only some, but then when i went to sleep, i got itchy u0026 saw bed bugs crawling on my clothes!. i had to kill them with tissues u0026 ask for a cleaner room at 2 AM. thankfully there was an available room for me to sleep for couple of hours.

even though the staff are nice u0026 helpful, the room is something you would ask yourself whether to really spend a night here. 24H tea u0026 coffee in the receptionist. tv working just fine. room was dirty(dusty) like it wasn't prepared/clean in advance for a guest to stay, weird smell of the bed sheets, again BED BUGS. electricity plug only one! AC was fine. shower pipe has weird smell. hot shower was fine as well.

the room number was 208. u0026 ask for a cleaner room u0026 moved to 206.

A nice place to stay. Good value for money if you get a discount. The superior rooms are nice with an easy access to the swimming pool, but I would avoid the standard rooms. The staff are friendly and always helpful. There is free coffee and tea in the lounge area, and the Internet is surprisingly fast and stable when compared to other places in the area - no issue when streaming Netflix.

Great place for backpackers with reasonable price and near to everywhere. Private room in dormitory bed with curtain, plug, own locker, lamp etc. They also changed the bedsheet from the previous guest. Facilities was okay, they have swimming pool and small restaurant. However, It was bit noisy, music on until late/early morning.

Service was good and the place is quite affordable. I rate 3 star as my friend was bitten by bed bug, for 2 days straight. First day we have made a complaint but they only change the bed sheets. 2nd day, they have apologize not only from 1 but 3 staff and gave us a new room with a complimentary breakfast the next day. They told that they are unable to change the room on the first day as they are full house. All in all it was good ????????

Their service was good. My bed covered in bed bugs, even i found some of them are bigger. No hot shower is a minus. We stayed in a dorm which located near the lobby, and its so noisy outside. The receptionist play music so loud !

We stayed here for 3 nights in a private twin room, when we arrived the staff were friendly although very strict on check in time.
The room smelt awful and the air con was far away from the bed and had little power meaning the room was always hot. Also on the last full day I woke up with a lot of bites, at the time I put it down to mosquitoes due to not being able to sleep with a sheet due to the heat. Later that night we noticed the bed bugs all over our beds, when we went down to tell reception, they weren't shocked and no apology was given. We got given another key to go in another room, however there was the same awful smell and stains on the sheets. Having seen mattresses outside the whole time we'd been here, it became clear that there was a serious bed bug problem and it's awful that they are still taking bookings and knowlingly putting people in rooms with bed bugs. We got a refund for the room for that night but got told we could wait in reception for our bus in the morning but no sleeping as we had got a refund for the room. Baring in mind we had just spent the last two hours debugging our clothes/bags etc it seemed a little unreasonable!
The location of the hostel is good and the pool is nice with comfy sun beds and without the unhelpful staff, awful smells, limited air con and serious bed bug infestation it could be a nice place to stay!

Ps. Even the sofa in the reception area is infested..
