After being in Bali for almost two weeks, eating at many relatively expensive restaurants with bad food and basically almost giving up on finding a halfway decent place we found such an unexpected hidden gem. The food is great, the staff are so friendly and accommodating and the prices are more than fair. They are super attentive and go out of their way to ensure that you have a great meal. The butter prawns and the morning glory with peanuts are my favorites.

Hungry Chef have a nice rooftop to chill, to eat and to meet with friends, family or even have a meet up with partner.

Cheap prices but tasty food.

They have cheap beer! Only IDR 25K (exclude 15% tax u0026 services).

Cozy rooftop and humble staff at Legian area.

I had my birthday dinner there (spontaneously, not booked) and we were surprised with very professional staff, speaking many many languages on a really good level. They were very kind but not attentive and created a cosy atmosphere to us. They provide Asian food, we chose the spring rolls and vegetarian fried rice with extra sweet sour sauce and it was amazing! I was even served a free dessert (baked banana with ice cream) when they got to know that it’s my birthday. Thanks for the great evening!

Either I couldn't find the place or it is closed also no new reviews on Google so I am pretty sure it is closed.

Loved the food.
We had lunch and dinner both there maximum times.. Near to our hotel as well as very yummy foods. ????

Decided to check it out since it was near the hotel I stayed at and it has good reviews for its more-reasonable price and taste around Jalan Raya Legian.
Ordered butter prawn, steamed rice (just ordinary rice) and iced tea, all was for 76k including taxes. The butter prawn was good but not that tasty or special, just good enough compared to their neighbourhood cafes and restaurants that serve overpriced foods with so-so taste.
The staffs were friendly but much more friendly to Bule.

This place is amazing! The service was perfect, friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The food was so very tasty and delicious. I did ask for white girl mild on the chilli and it was perhaps a little hot but it was soo tasty I ate it anyway. I highly recommend.
Ps don't sell beer but were happy for us to byo beer from shop 2 doors down (even pointed it out).
