Cleanliness is VERY POOR. No towels left in room after room was cleaned. asked for new towels at the reception on our way out for dinner and came back to the room with the floor covered in dirt throughout the room. Like someone just did gardening and walked through the room and stepped all over. Made a complaint to the reception and they said will clean it early tomorrow. This was after staying here for 5 nights.
Bathroom needed scrubbing, sheets and walls stained. Other than the room, the pool was good.
We will not come back. Expected so much more for a 4 star hotel.

I really don’t know how this place manages to get a 2 star rating, let alone a 5 star rating. Don’t be fooled by the look of the reception and photos on google. Looks nothing like that anymore. The place is not clean, the rooms are not kept well and things are clearly run down and not maintained. Walls and floors have marks. The sink tap in the bathroom couldn’t even run water. The shower pressure was so bad and the water was not hot. Not to mention arriving with no towels. Only bath towels were provided, no face or hand towels. We had to ask for towels. Still no hand towels to be seen. The hairdryer was also not in the room. Had to ask for that too. Sheets were stained. We stayed in the Deluxe Premier Room. It’s directly overlooks a club that has loud music till late. Save yourself the time and money. Really not worth staying here. No warm welcome from staff, no welcome drink although supposedly included in our booking. One of the worst, if not the worst place I’ve stayed in Bali ever. The reviews on Agoda are outdated and they didn’t post my one, so dodgy.

Definitely bang for your buck. the staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice , and the location honestly can't be beat. we were right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go to. definitely stay here if you don't wanna be in traffic

We booked for six nights. Such a disappointing hotel to stay next to loud discotheque that lasts until 3:00 am. I am not sure how they lasted in business. We found staff and management excellent willing to go extra mile, moved us to super deluxe room at no extra charge, but sound from next door was relentless. If you not in to late night disco I don’t recommend this place.

For sure no 5 starts !!!!
The picture are old.
Breakfast are so bad that’s I only use twice in 9 days staying.
Personal ? Excuse me but they didn’t know how handle with guest.
They leave the door after cleaning open, didn’t change towel and and and.
The rooms are more or less for sleeping okey.
But the bath are a Desaster !!!
Please go to a other hotel
And if you stay there don’t take the room over or to direction of the pool, on front of the hotel is a disco and you can’t sleep.

Lovely hotel for the price, staff are very welcoming and moved rooms when the aircon didn’t work. Didn’t hear any music but didn’t stay over the weekend. Great location, 20 minute walk to the beach and loads of restaurants near by!

Traveller beware! I'm currently sitting in our pool facing room awake at 2am and there is a nightclub next door that has been playing super loud music with heavy bass for hours rattling our windows and flashing lights through our curtains. This has happened two nights in a row, and we're here for two more nights. No idea how we're going to sleep for the next few days. This can't be a family friendly hotel if guests literally can't sleep. It is truly disappointing and absolutely awful as we can't leave in the middle of the night to find new accommodation and are stuck being awake. Will be searching for new accommodation in the morning and seeking a refund on our stay.
