Strong mold/mildew smell in room, how can they rent a room like this? If we weren’t tired would’ve found some other place..no hot water and free breakfast was fried rice nothing else. Very disappointed

I don't recommend this place at all, From any direction to get to this place you feel unsafe going trough trash, not very pleasant neighborhood, we checked two rooms superior and deluxe and rooms small, very strong mildew smell, musty inside, property very tight, breakfast area sitting very limited..and the most important very bad customer service...their presentation of this place it's maybe from 5 years ago not after pandemic, the current reality it's very deplorable...Stay away my advice !

I recently stayed at the Pondok Sari with my son and we both loved the hotel. It's a small hotel so not too crowded, especially around the lovely garden and pool. The room was perfect with a lot of amenities including a kettle, hair dryer, iron with board, and water dispensers for the guests. The TV had so many channels that if you wanted a peaceful night in with a delivery meal there was a lot to watch. The room was cleaned every day with fresh, clean, bed linen and towels supplied. The staff were so very friendly and helpful which added to the joy of staying there. I highly recommend the Pondok Sari if you want a really good and reasonable hotel away from the main drag, but still within walking distance. We will be staying there again. Thank you so much to the Pondok Sari team ????????

This hotel has a wonderful pool surrounded by a garden. A wonderful place to relax if you plan on hanging out by a pool. Otherwise there is no restaurants close to this location, approx 10 minutes walking on the main road. The breakfast was not great, cold, not much available but the coffee machine was good we booked a double or twin room that was supposed to be on the ground floor but only twin rooms on the ground floor. We were on the 3rd floor, there was no windows but a nice room, really comfy bed, bathroom was a bit dirty. Staff were friendly.

Found the bed to be very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was fine. From the moment we pulled up we felt taken care of. We arrived early from our cruise and the staff was more than accommodating. The rooms have all the possible amenities required for a comfortable stay.

Great hotel for staying in Bali, the environment was quiet and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and nice. The room was big enough and the most important the bed was soooooo nice and comfort. Recommended for those who needs a peaceful stay and close to Kuta.
