Neither too good nor bad. With the kind of tariff they charge one expect better services. Especially at the reception the services are found wanting.
A sort of laid back, casual attitude still exists.

nice resort hotel by kuta beach. but in dire need of facilities improvement. lots of rust in the shower. old model of hair dryer

Large hotel with wonderful garden view and sea view. Near to discovery mall and kuta square. We always stay there on holidays. Very recommended
