Overall an amazing holiday stay in Bali Rani. The hotel is in an amazing location, close to malls and the beach. It is extremely well looked after, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast has a good variety and the food is delicious.
Only giving 4 stars because the room wasn't the cleanest when we arrived, but apart from that, it was a great hotel. We would come back again.

Very nice hotel in Bali near Kuta. The place is very well maintained, service is good and rooms are very worth the price. There is swimming pool, breakfast is good with choice of Indonesian food and pancakes, toast, croissant. Highly recommended

Rooms could use some maintenance. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade and better cleaning of mould in shower and air-conditioning filter which made us sick. Grounds are well kept and breakfast was nice and room cleaned daily.

Made an emergency last-minute booking here after arriving to another hotel that was closed (and had been for two years). The staff was very nice, the room was clean, service was quick, buffet breakfast was just enough.

April 2022 Update:
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Spa is only open on weekends.

I would really like to give 5 stars, just because of the staff are being very helpful, kind and the place are lovely.
But there's one thing that really bothers me during our stay which i'll tell later after some comments about the hotel. So, let's do this!
Pros:
- The place are beautiful, you can really feel the Balinese vibe in this place, they play "rindik" music all the time makes it more authentic.
- There's a place in the middle of the ponds inside the hotel where you can use to relax u0026 read book (they provide some books) or playing chess.
- The rooms are great, the hot water running endlessly, the AC was cold. Love it!
- The swimming pool was big and specious as well.
Cons:
- Breakfast served as ala carte, no buffet yet
- The prices of the foods in the restaurant are a bit expensive in my opinion if i compare it with other 4 stars hotels
- Can't use the gym yet

Above all the cons which i don't really mind actually, there's this one guess at the 136 room (during 15-16/Apr 2022) that was really rude, so we went to the pool at around 8AM and just like any other hotels where you can choose here to sit, we chose the one that we thought was empty (because nothing was there just like any other chairs), put our stuff like glasses, books and cellphone.
I went to ask for the pool towel to the reception, but then when i came back to the pool the guy (the old guy) from the 136 room was yelling few times and asked us to move from the chair with super impolite tone, with hand gesture claiming that it was their chair.
We moved to the other chairs, but already lost mood for swimming at that time.
I was about to get really furious and want to yell back to the guy as they were going for breakfast after the accident (so what's the purpose of yelling at us if you don't use the place at the time anyway?) but i was able to gain my control and give my complaint to the reception instead.
They said that they will discuss it with that guess, but I am 100% POSITIVE that they did not do it.
When we checkout, we receive an apology but from the reception, not from the guess.
Just because we are locals doesn't mean that these oldies "bule" should do whatever they like thinking like its their own hotel, we paid the same price for the same facilities anyway.
I will never comeback to this place ever again until I get follow up about our complaint.

I gave u 5 starts. Very satisfying hotel. Only the milk is weird. Is not full cream milk for cereal mix.
