This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our flight arrived late at night but how the whole place was lit up was mesmerizing and serene. It immediately gave me a very restful vibe. Every staff member was friendly, approachable, had a wonderful spirit of service, and very respectable. I loved my stay here and eagerly planning my next trip with more family members.
The pool is most inviting, the tropical plants all over are artfully placed. The amenities very clean and I wanted to take photos of every nook of the main lobby. I wasn't able to have spa services but i passed by to check the gift shop by that area. All their hotel soaps and shampoos smell very pleasing.

The hotel is a minute away from the beach and has Sugar Sand Bar which has another Infinity Pool. This place is great for viewing the sunset with refreshing cocktails. All the menu items are reasonably priced.

My husband and I stayed here for a portion of our recent honeymoon. Overall, we loved the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the pools, bars and restaurants within the hotel were all amazing. The food was great, the coffee was even better and all the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We had massages by the pool which were fantastic.

Our only disappointment was that we requested honeymoon decorations in our room and all we got was a small card and a little piece of cake, when we were expecting rose petals etc on the bed.

Such a beautiful hotel. From the moment you arrive into the grand foyer to the excellent service, this hotel truly is a 5 star experience. Staff are friendly and professional in every manner.
The grounds of the hotel are sprawling and there are many nooks and areas to explore, with the beach a short walk from the rooms and directly across from the delicious Sugarsands bar and restaurant.
It's one of those hotels that you can check into and never really have to leave during your stay.
The rooms are amongst the most beautifully designed and decorated rooms I've ever stayed in and are truly works of art, and extremely comfortable from the entrance to the wardrobe and bathroom to the balcony with its daybed.

Certainly worthy of its 5 star rating.

The included breakfast exceeded all expectations, staff were very happy and accommodating to cook a lot of breakfast meals. The rooms were very clean and modern. The pools were great and staff eager to take drink orders. Its very close to the beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

My only concern was on the last night I was served tap water from the restaurant. I was not made aware that it was tap water. As you get bottled water in the room and ice was filtered, I thought this would be the case. Even though I only had a sip, I had to have a week off work, very sick. I mentioned this on exiting and also with the hotel survey email, requesting to be contacted about this, but this did not happen. While this was unfortunate, I would love to stay here again. Just keep an eye on where staff get their drinking water from and ask questions if in doubt. This is so important, the hotel should train staff better.

Excellent service, beautifully designed hotel throughout, and clean, comfortable rooms. Nothing bad to say about our 3 night stay. Great location, the staff were all amazing and helpful with a number of requests we had, the pools / gym are great and rooms too.

We definitely felt the value of being platinum elite members as well.

Will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Seminyak.

Fantastic venue. Makes a great holiday better, you could stay here and not leave. Staff could not do any more, great English, great service nothing is too much, spa treatments are excellent. Everything here is perfect, food ,rooms staff, atmosphere, pools, kid friendly, service and also right on the beach. An experience in relaxation, and indulgence. Could not recommend any higher. Don't hesitate.

Stayed in the villa. We were treated like royalty. Very nice staff. Didn’t see any mosquitos in our room which I was happy about. Ac was wonderful and so was the private pool. Replenished water every day and night. Turn down was excellent. We extended our trip there because we enjoyed it so much. Beautiful grounds. Good location to beach. 10-30 minutes to town depending where you want to go. Easy to get a taxi. Make sure you get one with meter so they don’t rip you off .
