What a great experience. Staff were lovely and accommodating when we had a 10pm flight. They let us shower in the spa after we had already checked out that morning, organised our travel to the airport and just overall lovely people. Will definitely stay again.

The only downside is that the laundry was quite expensive ($ per item) but there’s a $ per kg laundress just across the road.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, the best point of this hotel is so close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was included in the rate which was just filling your stomach ( nothing specials in that). They were filling x2 juice bars with bottles ( not fresh). 5 days same breakfast with fried rice and noodle, beans, bacon, toasts, butter and jams, cereal, pancakes with honey and slightly change from chicken sausage to beef. We were waking up everyday with noisy trolley’s wheels as staff were ready to clean up the rooms. Also, we needed to remind them for hot water every day as water was cool, taken 20 minutes to get hot. Staff were polite and respectful (not all of them)!!!!

This is a great hotel. I was made to feel very comfortable here. The staff are friendly, the room was large and clean, and the pool is stunning - with a great poolbar and long cocktail list. It backs directly into Seminyak beach.

Would definitely recommend!

Loved the location. It would have scored better if the pastries and donuts etc were fresh, they were stale and hard, the breakfast otherwise was nice. Standard room tiny with no balcony or outdoor space to dry bathers or sit out. Again location excellent. Staff friendly. Gardens a bit sparse.

Spent 5 days at this place at the end of a two week holiday. It's right on the beach amongst all the action. It's clean, the pool is awesome and it's a great place to venture out from straight onto the bean bags on the beach to watch the endless planes coming in and all the ice cold Bintang you can drink. Just have to contend with the never ending hawkers trying to turn a dollar selling beads...so dig deep, slip them a 100000 bill and know that it's going to provide them with enough rice for a month.

Great staff, right in the beach. Rooms were clean u0026 tidy. Massive spa bath but shower pressure was a bit too much. Little bit of a walk from the front reception to the pool at the back but that didn’t bother us at all

I stayed here for 1 night (Friday) as a solo traveler before I left for the airport the next day (Saturday), and I wish I could have spent more time here. The entrance is so grand, it looks like a palace. In true fashion, the Bali hospitality was exceptional, and check-in was informative and fast. The hotel is really long, it’s quite funny. Everything leads into the courtyard which leads to the pool u0026 restaurant at the end of the long hotel that’s right near the beach. Food was great - I ordered room service u0026 also thought the breakfast buffet was varied. You can eat at the pool bar too, and the pool is oddly shaped but nice u0026 large, and gets a bit deeper towards the end. The restaurant has plenty of space, there’s lots of places to lounge around the poo. I wish I could have tried the spa! Next time. They have half day u0026 day rates available if your flight leaves @ night, like mine did. To extend my checkout to 6pm from the night prior would have cost around 900k IDR (~$61 USD). This is great for travelers with late flights, though! The neighborhood is quiet u0026 clean which was a nice surprise, but lots of shopping, and lots of beach access. I will be back for a longer stay when I don’t want to stay in Canggu! ;)
