Great experience! We went there for 2 nights / 3 days (2 couples and 3 babies) and we had amazing time.
The facilities were great for us, parents and kids (big original pools, gardens, kids club…).
The location can’t be better in Nusa Dua, in front of a long white sand beautiful beach. Perfect for people who like to walk along the beach at sunrise or sunset times.
All the staff were friendly, polite and caring.
The breakfast was a buffet and all the things were good and matching with the expectations that you can have with a 5 stars hotel.
We will definitively come back.
Highly recommended.

Huge hotel here at Nusa Dua requiring many steps to go from one end to the other end. But that means peace and serenity. Was here for a forum and the service was excellent from the staff. The rooms were huge but unfortunately they are also a little dated. Can’t be helped as I heard from the staff that the hotel almost couldn’t survived COVID. Plenty of amenities, lots of pools and hidden books and hidden bars and restaurants. That makes the place intriguing! The beach was so amazing and it stretches out so far as well.

Still, I would recommend this place and when I do return to Bali, this would be one of the places to return to.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. A lot of the staff were kind and everyone had a smile on their face.

Breakfast was sub-par when compared to the Grand Hyatt in Jakarta (which was an exceptional stay).

That being said it was shady from the start. You couldn't book through the World of Hyatt app, direct from the website or even through popular search engines (they all showed the hotel as fully booked). You had to go through a local Indonesian booking agent and transfer them money to get the room. Turns out there are tons of rooms available, you just have to be willing to transfer money blindly to get it.

When we were there, not a single meal or drink order went without mistake. Everything from waiting for nearly an hour for a coffee just for two cold cups to show up late to them forgetting at least one of our group's meals and from the garbage up and down the private beach to the ant infested bedroom that we had to wait TWO HOURS for them to do anything about.

Their customer service claimed the language barrier could be causing the issues but that was just an attempt to not accept fault and put it back on me. The truth of the matter was their English was fine and even if it wasn't, my entire group was native Indonesian speakers.

Hopefully this issue stems from reopening after COVID and not anything more, otherwise it's a great property gone to waste.

It’s a pleasant moment during our stay, to celebrate Mrs. localhomefood’s birthday. This accommodation went the extra miles to cater my family need. The hotel really has every facilities that you need like private beach, sun bed, various restaurants, spa, sports center, fun pools, shopping complex,pretty landscaping, and large lobby. They have 3 locations for breakfast which has complete variants of food from local to international delicacies. We personally love the view of each restaurant. Salsa Verde with ocean view, The Grand with Garden, pool view and The Garden with pretty garden view. We have very pleasant stay at Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua Bali. We would recommend it to everyone????????????

Old hotel but very well maintained! Great beach in the morning, blue and clean. Grand room was spacious, it has big couch can be set up as extra bed fit for 2 kids! Pool were great, kids love slides and the potrudhing pool! Service was great, we got 2 free breakfast for kids. And also they offer cheap rate!

First I would like to say that the check-in was pretty fast,the lady was a bit confused to explain the Benefits from the club access which is more expensive but I cant complain about how fast the service was.
They said we could get soft drinks for free the whole day. I couldn't even get a water.
The service and the staff was amazing, very polite. Some of them a bit confused about the English And to give info but that's fine.
Simple things like fridge wasn't working. The toilet from the pool has a disgusting smell.
Of course the place is amazing and beautiful.
But restaurants close at 9:30pm. You can't have even a drink after this time.
The good part was the breakfast, lot of options.
I was expecting more from Hyatt.
I am still at the hotel but a bit disappointed.

A bit old but very stylish Hotel located just on the Beach. Rooms are large and very comfortable beds. Few different swimming pools, really good for the people who traveling with the kids. Breakfast is excellent. I am giving the four stars only because of housekeeping (debries on the room floor) and general cleaning (leaves everywhere around and in the pool) issues which are not up to the five star hotel standards.
