In regards to your transaction query we have investigated this mater for you and it would seem there has been a misunderstanding regarding the price of the pure silver Buddha head you kindly purchased from our store on 25/4/2018.

In the picture I have attached for you, you can clearly see the barcode price is RP. 6,800,000 which is approx. $668 AUS, For the price to be $68 AUS the barcode price would read eg. RP. 680,000 The cashier invoice shows the correct amount has been charged to you for
your purchase.

I have purchased a gift in the store and the amount punched into the eftpos machine was incorrect but i didn't notice. I ended up paying 680.00 instead of 68.00 - I'm beginning to believe it was deliberately deceptive as i have made several attempts to reconcile the difference with the store but my attempt to contact the store have all been ignored. It is dishonest of the store - i filled out forms and signed for the purchase so i know they have records of my purchase plus the till would have been over at the end of the day. I urge shoppers to check everything carefully at point of purchase. The fact that my complaint has been completely ignored highlights the feeling i have that i was deliberately ripped off. Very bad customer service for Bali reputation Padi Art Market. I spent quite alot of money here but wasn't antipating paying 6million rupiah on a gift quoted at 600.000. Where are your scruples?

You can find everything with affordable price... We bought small handheld makeup mirrors. Its price was 50 percent cheaper than our hotel.

We found very nice souvenir, clothes and other things. The service was excellent but I think it was expensive. We found the same things in a different market more economical

Lots of local crafts and a fish spa that they clean regularly... A great experience and very friendly people

Lots of local souvenirs to be found there. A bit pricey. Friendly staff.
