This is a great value for money choice in a central location. The buffet breakfast also had vegan choices which I really appreciated. My main points of feedback were the male and female staff who entered my room at 8:30am on the day of my check out without knocking. It was a breach of trust in the hotel which you cannot do, so I won't return here again. I believe it's important to have a sense of security. Also, at 10:20pm the staff on Saturday night came to everyone's room to drop off fresh towels however I understand many guests have early morning flights so I don't think this is a good practice to interrupt so late.

Pretty rundown hotel, toilet sink is dirty with water stains on the tap, not sure when was the last time they cleaned. The room had some smell which is not very pleasant. The hallway was spooky as some areas are brightly lit and some is not. 2 star because it is at the heart of Legian which is convenient to travel

Booked my rooms from Agoda, and the rate was the cheapest compared to a few other apps. Staff are friendly and helpful. I complained about the AC in my room, and they quickly sent someone to fix it. Breakfast and food are okay. I had to ask for breakfast boxes due to my early flight, and they provided them. Apart from that, they might need to check the rooms and all the facilities, since the tap in my room was leaking, but not that disturbing. Overall, I was satisfied.

This hotel is cute and in a good location. There is jacuzzi in 5th floor with amazing sunset scenery. The room is spacious and clean.

Unlike other hotel there is weight scale in the room, I think the hotel provides it to makes us remember controling our weight during holiday. I honestly think there are models staying in the hotel because I met some very good looking people.

This is a good business hotel.
Rooms are comy but very small. Located on busy Sunset road with a lot of eateries. The Kuta beach is walkable from this place.

The restaurant itself hosts two restaurants and a Spa and some convention space. The rooftop cafe is not operational. The breakfast spread is good and they are kind enough to customise food (Veg) if required

Very clean rooms...the staff was very polite and humble...excellent service..I even got pure vegetarian food..the chef 'Melki' was very nice person.. he even made Indian food for us..location of the hotel is very good its close to legian beach..excellent hotel

The cleanliness of room is less, the service is lacking. I called room service twice over the phone but no one came, until I had to go down to the lobby to call room service
