Affordable in central Legian. This was the third or fourth time I stayed here. I always upgrade to the Sky Pool rooms, which are not advertised. It’s an off the menu deal, but this time I was just treated like an easy mark to screw cash out of. I didn’t enjoy the 6 day stay. Service has dropped u0026 it felt a little desperate! In fairness to The One though, the younger guests loved the affordable room rates and flowing booze from the pool bar. I wouldn’t bother adding breakfast to your booking. Walk to Poppies Lane II u0026 find the Crumb u0026 Coaster! You could eat there every day just working through the menu! Excellent good????

David, the manager, turned my experience around!!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and businesses need more Davids.

He truly cares about guest experiences and made my day!!! Thank you David, kudos and commend you for a great job and being sincere.

As far hotel goes, great location, great price, and because of David - customer service!!!

We were quite pleased with their service. Excellent service and a kind team We celebrated the birthdays of our kids, which they organised beautifully. Highly recommended as a family activity for all types of families. Every facility had a gym, a pool, restaurants, and nearby shops. Excellent location with shops nearby. All facilities are easily accessible.

Very clean rooms, rooftop pool was cool and best of all the kind and helpful staff. We had a fridge in our room which was good. Location was slightly further away from the beach than we thought and there are a few night clubs around the hotel. Rooms can be echoey if there are people talking nearby, sounds like they are right outside the room. A convenient stay after a flight.

I stayed at The ONE Hotel for 20 days and am returning for another 21 days.
I have tried many hotels in Bali over the last 10 years but this one has to top the list for me.
The Staff are amazing,The rooms are a generous size,The Security is amazing considering I was a solo female traveller I felt very safe in this hotel.
The Deck Restaurant has great food for a reasonable price.
The Staff at reception are always smiling and asking you if you need anything.
The Supervisor Arya went above and beyond to make my staff as comfortable as possible.
Thank you to everyone from the gardener to the Manager you are all amazing.

Excellent Staff especially at the front Desk Arya explained everything and made sure my stay was comfortable.
I can't fault this hotel one bit.
But the only annoying thing was the sound of the TV coming from The Deck restaurant it is too loud we can't gear each other talk when we are having coffee

Ordered the room because got discount from some travelling platform. The room and service is great, get Welcome Drink when you arrive and the location is near at Kuta Beach. But you will hear a bit loud from front hotel when it midnight so this hotel is recommended if you is okay with loud (or you can request room at rear building if room is available)
