Absolutely loved my stay here. Incredible service, staff came to the door to greet us before walking us to the reception. Had welcome drinks and were able to store our luggage as our rooms we not yet ready.

Water is hot! Bed is HUGE and rooms are clean. The pool on the 3rd floor is pretty so it was quite nice for us to have it to ourselves.

Also very close to local shops, cafes and restuarants as well as Kuta beach.

I really don't understand how this hotel can be classified as 4 starts. To get 3, they would need to improve things. A lot of noise around from motobikes and dogs barking, not very clean, the towels are very old, the information book available in the room is out of date, they say the have a 24h room service but they don't, I didn't see any hot tub and the Rooftop terrace was closed.
The only good things are the bed, that is comfortable, and the staff that are very nice like all Balinese people are.
Don't purchase breakfast when you book it as it is much cheaper to buy it there.

friendly personal ???? was very helpful to cancel my reservation!
As usually in Bali very basic language skills. 99% of time smiling without adequate situation.

Super clean hotel and rooms. Huge pool and love staff. Rooms are a bit small with king size beds. 16 rooms have balconies on upper levels also pool side rooms on ground floor. More wha I would call a transit hotel. Restaurant and bar.

I will definitely go back and certainly stay in your hotel because of its clean, cozy, homey feeling and with good accommodating staff. ????????????

I stayed here with a friend in late July. We got a room each. We were excited for the rooftop pool, the pool bar and nice cocktails at the hotel bar!
Little did we know until we got there… the rooftop pool is closed down (and full of green water and mould), the pool bar at at the middle (and only, now) pool is shut down, and the main bar downstairs serves barely anything… a restricted list of a handful of drinks.

It was a shame really, our key requirement when booking was a poolbar, and at no point we’re we advised it was closed - it was just when we went to the pool that we saw it all closed down and empty. The pool that is open is run down with rotting wood decks and the odd missing tile. The pool towels were hidden away and in a plastic wrapping as a new pack still which we helped ourselves and ripped open to access the towel inside. This really, was indicative of the service overall at this hotel.

Towels in the rooms are old and worn.

The lift is broken down and no one was working on repairing it for the entire stay.

I stayed at 3 x hotels during this trip - Sun Island Legian was by far the biggest let down. The other two were fantastic.

I wouldn’t stay here again until they’ve invested some money into the place, lifted the standards, open the roof top pool, open the pool bar.

Checked in here as flights were changed and we weren't able to stay in our villa past checkout due to being booked. Cheap enough to store bags and have a shower before our late flight. Run down, elevator not working. Just happy we didn't stay here for the length of our stay. Many better options
