Spacious room. Nice reception. They offer a bike rent for a good price. Many restaurants near the hotel also walking distance from the beach.
Single cover for a Queen bed. Terrible bathroom. Air con was broken when we arrived but they manage to fix it quickly.

Looks great from the outside and the pool is nice, that's were the good stuff ends.

-No sinks in the room/s that we saw
-Leeches coming out of the tiles in the shower
-Water from shower smells like it's coming from the used toilet water
-full price is 500,000 (we paid 250,000 still way to much)
-the communal fridges were full of water, mould and dead bugs oh and very very old food
-the floor around the pool is so slippery it's just so dangerous that a Broken bone or death is enevitable

Walk away now as I'm not sure why people are saying it's nice, trip advisor says otherwise!!!

Leaking toilet making loads of noise, had to shut down the water every evening so we could sleep. It also rained inside our room the second night. Nobody at the reception at 1 o clock, so we had to move the bed and could just sleep dry. Next Day we get another room with mould on the wall, but at least it didn't drip on the bed. Also no apologies about the room. Staff not helpful. They are only playing on their phone, not even having the decency to put their phone down when talking to you. Wouldn't recommend this.

The actual rooms looked nothing like the pictures, we didnt expect a 5 star hotel, but we did expect a window, and for the room to be clean. The room was so dirty with hairs and dirt on the floor, there was NO WINDOW which i think is important to have especially when in the pictures featured windows covering 1 full wall, and the beds felt dirty, like they had sand or some other stuff on them.. we booked for 5 nights but ended up staying just 1 (didnt even want to stay 1 night but couldnt find another option fast enough)

Booked in here for 4-5 nights last month. Stayed one night and that was enough.

We were initially shown a room which appeared ok. Returned after a trip inland, a few days later and were checked into an upstairs room. The room overlooked the reception area which unbeknown to us, turned into a very noisy and busy bar late at night.Shouting and doors slamming all night. Arguments outside our room in the early hours. The hotel dog barked constantly in the early hours. The hotel appeared to be left in the charge of three young lads who hadnt a clue about running the place.
In the morning, i realised the bottom sheet of the bed was stained/soiled,. This couldn't be seen until the cover was disturbed, Filthy.

The bathroom was a joke. The tap on the sink turned on the fitting, ie. it simply spun around when you tried to turn it on.

There are large air bricks in each room which are adjacent to the hallways therefore any sound outside sounds like it is in your room.

Our window overlooking the reception / late bar area would not close.

Tried to complain the next morning but one the the three lads was on duty. We asked for a refund but were told that he couldn't do that until his manager returned. Asked when this would be and he didn't know. We went back four times but no success.

Our daughter stayed here too and suffered the same problems.

Hardly slept a wink all night.

Disgusting place. Nightmare. Yes, I do have photographs to back up my claims of bad cleanliness in bathroom and sheets.

Complaint gone in to Credit Card company to try and get refund seeing as they didn't want to oblige.

A big bed with tiny blanket that doesn't cover it.. no hot water, air con was either on or off, so too hot or too cold. Staff didn't speak enough English to be helpful. Room was not clean and bathroom was bad, no soap.

Rooms are small and ugly and the bathroom doesn't even have a door. There is a cold and freacking hot shower, yup, it cannot be adjusted so or cold or you burn your ass. The whole place needs some serious maitenance and updates.
The good: Close to the beach.
