We stayed here for 7 nights and generally had a great experience! Location is great, a lot of restaurants (mostly western) close by and a short 10-min or so walk to the beach. Pool is not fancy but still quite enjoyable. Overall good place for its value. The only downside is that there is a huge construction site close by (as of Oct 2022) and the sound proof system isn’t the greatest. You can hear some noise in the hallway too. Staff are very friendly!

The room is spacious. I love how easy when you use the shower. Just press the button and set the hot water, I worked within seconds.
I stayed for 7 nights here, got weekly special rate. When I wanted to extend the sales said there’s no more special rate, and I asked for the normal rate instead. But the sales didn’t reply my last message like they think I can’t afford for normal price.
I don’t like the attitude of their sales, very unprofessional. They should reply for any questions from customers. They even replied my messages within days, very late response.
Other than that, the hotel is pretty.

I must say that the staffs here are all super friendly. Like genuinely friendly.

The breakfast option is amazing - mixed to cater both eastern and western needs.

Location is just nice if you’re into beach and also super nearby to F45 and Bodyfactory if you’re in for a fitness retreat. Otherwise, just take grab motorbike everywhere - it’s relatively cheap. Note, they provide nice pool area and gym too.

If you ever feeling lazy for having dinner outside, you may opt to just enjoy the hotel’s room service, the price is reasonable and don’t forget to try their chicken wings! They also provide in-the-room spa experience as well (that one was just average, I must say).

I initially planned to stay for 3 days vacation but extend it for the whole week cause of the very welcoming vibe they have to offer. Thanks Eastin Hotel ❤️

Great hotel and amazing value. Service is impeccable and breakfast is good too. Pool is nice and pool bar has great options and still Bali-like prices.

The only negative thing I have to say is about noise. Because I had read about others complaining about construction noise I asked for a quiet room, but it was near the breakfast restaurant and I could hear a lot from the hallway. The pool music also does start early. So the only negative is that it’s not the quietest place if you’re trying to sleep in, but zero noise at night.

This is almost perfection. Staffs are so helpful and nice, Room is clean and so comfy, the shower is the best of all.
Swimming Pool for kid is great with a Tiny Room for kids to play just near to the kid pool.
Breakfast is awesome.
The only problem was the door of the room, they were closing so loud because no slower system at the door, a little bit annoying in the evening but it was alright.

We stayed here for 7 nights. We booked at ground floor and Deluxe type room. The room is spacious, clean and beautiful. Even though the hotel is new and modern the rooms are noisy. You can hear when people are walking or rolling their luggage outside your door. We could literally hear our neighbour snoring. We are sensitive to noise so that wasn't a good experience for us.

The breakfast lasts until 11:30 and it's buffet with some custom options such as eggs, pancakes and waffles. That's really nice. However, the staff is noting down when you had breakfast. That's annoying if you ask me. We had breakfast at 08:30 and 11:00 I wanted to have some fruit. The staff told me I already had breakfast and was not allowed to take some fruit. I mean come on. That's just not nice.... :-) Let your guests eat how much and how often they want during the breakfast hours like any other hotel does!

- Noisy rooms
- We felt like the staff at the breakfast was watching what and how much food we put on our plates. That's not a nice feeling.

Very lovely hotel! Location is right next to the beach which is great if you like to surf early in the morning. Staff were also all friendly and very helpful when incidences occured. Appreciated their help when the room above mine was making a lot of noise at night and they resolved it within 5mins! The hotel was also very well maintained and the cleaning crew does a fantastic job— extra points for their cute written notes they leave every time they clean up ☺️ Breakfast is also good! Really can’t complain ????
