This is our first time to Bali and we wanted to experience the food. Wow we had the best meal in a restaurant for a very very long time. I would very highly recommend Chandi. The staff were beautiful. The cocktails divine. I had the best Bloody Mary I think I have ever had. It was too close to perfect. And meals were fantastic. I had a vegan sate taster plate. Just so delicious. So much flavour and beautifully displayed. Thank you for looking after us. I'm afraid we are not going to be giving the other restaurants much of a chance as we will be dining here when in Seminyak.

We got the lunch rijstaffel for 2 that comes in 12 small indo dishes. Food was defintely decent and portions are just right. Would recommend if you are not sure of what to try here! Decorations here are on point and bathrooms are clean. Quiet environment because of covid situation though.

2 for 1 cocktails are great too!

Wonderful meal full of flavour! Had a 3 course meal with the red wine sangria and couldn't fault any of it! the staff were friendly providing a great service. Had the chicken satay sizzle plate as my main which was exceptional ???????? the coconut dumplings as an appetiser which were packed with flavour and crispy. Finished the meal with the coconut creme brulee which was light and creamy with the great crack on top. Would recommend for an enjoyable and tasty evening of Indonesian cuisine

Chandi has opened up recently and I went their for a family dinner. The food was very fresh and I was impressed with the variety of vegetarian food.. portions were quite small..but the food was yummy..we had to order it twice.

We had the tofu, coconut wonton and the Tempe spring roll. All very flavourful.

Even the nasi goreng hijau vegetarian was tasty.
Will definitely come back for more.

We had a novice dinner - food was great ( eggplant curry and pork belly) accompanied by some cocktails which was also very nice- the let down was service which could have been more attentive

The restaurant’s vibe extremely great, love the interior design inside. Mixed modern and traditional. For me the menu also fusion traditional food. I might order the wrong menu Veggie satay which was overpriced for the portion and the taste. The duck menu was ok, but still portion wise doesn’t suit as main course. Tho they have 20% food discount, we still find it’s overpriced for the portion and taste we’ve got. Might come back again and will certainly order the right menu.

We both chose hot stone beef satey.
One stone was very hot and sizzling the other stone not at all. When putting on some peanut sauce it was not sizzling at all. So one could not be finalized on the stone while with the other the asparagus and beet root were burned.
When the food arrived we already mentioned to the waiter that one stone was not hot. He mentioned it was ok but you need to keep the beef turning. Well we tried but it could not be worked so after a while we used the other stone to finish off the meet.
After telling a waitress she said that it was supposed to be like this ????????
Someone a table next to us had the same food and that is why we ordered it but that stone was also sizzling so basically they were saying that it doesn’t matter since the beef is already cooked?? Well I would have had it cooked a bit more on the stone but that was not possible.
In a case like this you know the customer is always right and we even have them feel the stone and put on peanut sauce but still they disagree. Well for a price like this and a stone not working it is way overpriced and we will never return.

We will certainly not recommend this place
