The room is pretty convenient. The AC is cool enough, bed is comfy enough.
The only issue I had was:
1. Since the room is small, if the toilet is having problem, the smell will go out into the bed area.
2. The breakfast is too so-so. Always the same. It was either fried rice or bread. And the taste isn't that good either.
The good thing about this place is the price is on-budget u0026 located in strategic area in Seminyak.

We stayed for one night, and we liked the place. It's close to many cafes and restaurants, the beach is also just around a mile away from this hotel. The room is nice, bathroom is clean even though it's rather small, but overall the place is nice and is a good value for money.

The cleanliness really need to be improve. The floor was super dusty, the toilet smells horrible (it's an open concept type of toilet) and it's stuffy inside.

The least the could do is to vacuum the floor. Despite the issues with cleanliness, the place is located near the tourist hotspots.

1. Location: The location of this hotel is in the Seminyak area, close to various restaurants or a few minutes to the beach.

2. Cleanliness: Room cleanliness is quite good, although there are some stains on the bathroom wall.

3. Room: The room was comfortable, with lots of electrical outlets scattered in several corners of the room and it was very helpful.

4. Staff u0026 Service: Good service, and friendly when guests need help.

5. Parking: Unfortunately the parking location is very narrow for those of you who bring a car.

The friendliness and the availability of the staff is excellent. The hotel is well located, very quiet, with stylish, comfortable rooms and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast has several good options. Next to the hotel there are ATM's, SPA's, restaurants, cafes, markets, taxi, tour agency. Walking in a few minutes is in the main of Seminyak. I recommend for all reasons, to the point of having extended my stay. I congratulate the ***agement for the excellent Hotel Staff. I liked everything

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The air conditioner was working extremely well. The bathroom was well laid out. The room decor was very nice. The shower was very nice with a large head. Thanks for such a lovely last few days in Bali.

The location is good, the staff are kind but the cleanliness should be improved especially the towel shall be washed with whitening.
I was upset when I booked 2 rooms in this hotel by buying 3N2D voucher for each room and already gave the information that I will stay from 2 - 5 Jan. The staff said that there will be surcharge due to high session which is 75 K / night / room. I agree with all terms and I have paid the voucher plus the surcharge for 3 days when I checked in. On 4 Jan, one room checked out earlier but I keep another room until 5 Jan. But my friend checked out on 5 Jan, the receptionist charged us IDR 250 K for additional charge because they suddenly said our voucher didn’t apply until 5 Jan. They should tell me in advance when I booked the rooms thru email or at least when I checked in if I knew there will be additional charges. Next time, Don’t take advantage of it and cause an adverse for the customer. I would never complain if they said it in advance if our voucher is only valid until 4 Jan.
