Clean gym (equipment and shower facilities) with friendly staff and good atmosphere.
The problem was the price for what you get- around €10 for a day pass for a very small workout space. I went at a quiet time and it still felt claustrophobic. Feel like you could find better gyms for the price in Bali (Seminyak region).

Staff is nice and helpful, but the fitness room doesn’t nearly have enough equipment. Even for the number of devices, there still isn’t enough room (m2) for it and with 4 or 5 people you have too little space to do exercises or the machines are already occupied. It is really too expensive for what you get in return.

This was the second gym I tried in Seminyak and was pleasantly surprised. It has just been renovated so the place looks amazing. I only do classes so was happy to see my usual Les Mills classes on offer and all equipment brand new. I joined for a week at 359k IDR which is $35 AUD, great value and nice to get off the sun lounges for an hour each day :)

With the previous owner they made a flexible deal based on the exact dates you are on Bali. Now no more flexibility. Now after one month, I have to go to another gym because the daily and weekly is so expensive.

Excellent gym, great equipment and nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been working out here every time I’m visiting Bali over the last 3 years, and often. This is by far my favorite gym. Yes, I’ve tried others but love this gym. Friendly staff and the gym has pretty much all the equipment I need for weight lifting and cardio. Now it’s under new ownership and the owners are spending lots of money renovating it. Brand new and powerful Air Conditions. New walls and flooring. Definitely an amazing gym!

Ok gym, not a huge selection but has what you need to get a good workout done. Downfall is the price - 130,000 IDR is quite expensive!
