I read the poor reviews here and do not understand them. Me and my wife dove with them for 12 days straight and had no problems. We love them so much we are planing to come back and this time bring our girls with us. I have not found any other place with a staff that is so friendly and helpful. You guys are the best and we are looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Not recommend to go there.
We took snorkeling tour. They have old and slow motor boat. At snorkeling spot,anchor was dropped too close to other boats, so boats collided with each other. It was not safe to go to water. Especially with kids.
We came back.
They didn’t charge us, but Kadek (he told he was the boss) was very aggressive. He told it was safe, because we returned without injuries. After he started to threatening me and my family, asking where i live.

Great fun for the whole family and a great day out no matter how many activities you choose to do.
I went with my two kids and did the Water Walk and Jet Skis together - they also did the flying wing.
But the site includes a nice private beach with lounges to lie on between activities. They have food and drinks available so the adults can just relax while the kids do what they want.
They also have a Spa / massage center for the ladies to go and relax.
All in all, everything everyone wants in a day out in Bali.
Great fun.

Amazing experience! Pick up and drop off from the hotel and our driver was kind enough to wait 30 min past the pick up time for us without any complaint. Locker space available including a shower to rinse off after. Our driver stayed with us throughout all of the activities and held some personal items that we wanted to bring (sunscreen, sunglasses, shoes, etc.). He was kind enough to take pictures on his phone and share with us via WhatsApp since we left our phones in the locker for safe keeping. We chose the package with a sea walker (amazing!), parasailing, jet ski, fly fish (our favorite!), banana/donut. The activities had an amazing vibe and everyone was having such a blast! Highly recommend for thrill seekers :)

Very courteous and professional . We were a family of 4 did jet ski fly fish and fly board . Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the instructors were very helpful and polite. Extremely well organised and the pickup and drop from the hotel was an added convenience . The fact that we did not have to spend needless time on price negotiations was a big plus. They also took innumerable photos which were promptly sent to us. Would rate them very highly and come again.

Jetsky FAILED, no water on shower, dogs everywhere. Confused with the service - bring water on the rain with no cover ???? Disapointed with their jetset service??

So much to do so quickly! We did para- sailing, jet skiing(their guys stay on for emergencies but very hands off) , flying fish(A kite 2 people lay on top), paddle board, water skiing(not great instructors not enough of smaller sizes), snowboard for the water( new favorite). They have an album of 20-30 different water adventures so you can easily find one you have wanted to try. Nice food and drink between adventures.
