One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. It feels like a big family. Perfect for backpackers who want to meet new people. The owner Ralf sometimes cooks for his guests. His wife Elli helps you to find the best restaurants and beaches. The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and very modern. there is also a pool, a small gym and a well equipped kitchen!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, do it. Everyone here is so incredibly nice and helpful. Kinda felt like a have new family members after staying for 2 weeks. Ralph (the owner) and his wife Elly are so awesome. They do above and beyond to make sure that all their guests have a great time. Breakfast is available every morning. And Ralph makes pancake breakfast for you Saturday morning.

This might be out of your comfort zone but it’s well worth it. I promise.

One of the best hostels I’ve been. The bed and pillow are so comfortable. Good location and amazing staff. So welcoming and caring they make a huge difference to the stay in Bali. They really care about their guests and enjoy people.
I would totally come there again.

It’s just the best hostel I’ve been in Indonesia. And we travelled a lot. You’ll find the best people who most probably will become your friends, because Elly and Ralf are incredibly good in connecting people and creating a great atmosphere. Also the hospitality and kindness is just totally another level compared to everything we saw so far. This is how REAL hostels are meant to be.

My all-time favorite hostel, and I visited many. The already low price comes with a good free breakfast which is different almost every day. Free towel service is also included.

The owners and employees are genuinely some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Ralph is always in for a chat and spoils his guests with all kinds of balinese snacks and food. Ellie (hope i spell it correctly) has the best recommendations for what to do and where to eat in Bali, and can basically help you with whatever questions you may have. Esther is also very nice and keeps the place very clean.

The kitchen is located in the common area, creating a living room-like atmosphere.

If I ever visit Bali again this will be me first stop again.

I came for a couple of nights and finally stayed almost a week at the hostel. We feel like a family member to the host. Always making sure that we are comfortable and sharing so much good tips (store, warung, surf lesson, renting a scooter, helping with SIM card issues, etc.) the atmosphere is really great to chat with other travelers. It’s impossible not to make new friends here.

For me Bali Bobo is the best hostel I have ever been. I felt incredibly welcome and it’s really clean. The two owners Ralf and Elly as well as the staff are sucha lovely people. When I come back to Bali, what I definitely going to do, I will surely stay some more night in Bali Bobo!!!
