Usually in Bali there are distinction on the tier for main market: local, local tourist or foreign tourist. This place affordable and palatable for local. But, it is hygienic and scenic too.

If you are visiting Bali, i highly recommend this place cause they offer authentic local food. The place can be very crowded cause this place famous among local and tourist alike.

A meal cost about $2 and drinks about $1.
The place is cozy and staffs are super friendly (as usual Balinese offer great hospitality in every area)

Affordable and tasty seafood
Well this is not typical tourist place but Waroeng Kampoenh surely keeps up with the standard!

Trying Kerapu/Rock Fish with hongkong sauce, Prawn, Mussel, and Soft-shell crabs with a salty-egg sauce. Food is tasty, waiting and serving time were short (15-20 minutes).

Good taste, affordable Chinese food. Portion is small, except for fuyunghai, which was very generous for the price. Nice ambience. Decided to order packaged dinner while we're there. Will order/come again.

Looking for wallet friendly food in Bali? Try Waroeng Kampoeng in By Pass Ngurah Rai. This is also a place for our moslem friends since this joint don’t serve any pork dishes.
Its menu is Chinese cuisines. I can say most of its menus are my favourite especially the salted egg dishes like the salted egg prawns. Other dishes that Iike sapo tahu, udang gandum, and several vegetables. Most of those starts from about Rp 25.000 and less, the prawn dish is Rp 30.000,-
After eating and hanging out in many hits cafes and babi guling restaurants, when I just need some comfort food this is one place that I would visit.

Very good authentic Indonesian restaurant. Food was yummy. Order the Nasi champur (which means a bit of everything). Their bathroom and sinks could use a good clean, but poor bathroom cleanliness seems like the norm in Indonesia.

Tasty food and not expensive. They add 10% tax but anyway the prices are affordable
