If you stay for a long term, this place could be really nice. I don't know the daily rate but the monthly rate is really good.

So keep in mind the review here that I write is for Monthly rent.

The room that I rent wasn't the spacious one. But I was happy with it. The bed was big and nice (king koil??), it has Air-con and TV. The bathroom was my favorite part of this room lol. And oh the wardrobe is in the bathroom.

This is really nice and clean.

When I rented this room, I got free laundry (Tu0026C apply) and they clean the room weekly.

Electricity is included (Tu0026C apply).

There is a fridge outside, and a small kitchen with basic need.

The staff is really nice and so is the landlady.

////// I gave 5 stars because, it's the best for what I've paid for all the facilities that I got.

1// the Wi-Fi is not really good inside so if you have Wi-Fi extender it will come in handy, just plus it next to the window if you want full bar of Wi-Fi haha.
2// Best network here is Telkomsel, other network with get LTE/3G up and down constantly. I have tried 4 provider. So you can mark my word.

Tempat Kost Putri yg melarang menerima tamu diatas jam 23 tapi peraturan tsb tidak tertera di kertas pengumuman. Saat anak yg baru masuk kuliah diantar pulang dan temannya mampir mengobrol di gazebo, sang suami pemilik kost keluar dan marah-marah. Anak yg tidak tau soal peraturan tsb mencoba untuk menjelaskan tapi sang suami tidak percaya dan terus marah (ternyata ART yg tidak menyampaikan aturan tsb secara lisan ke anak saat temannya bertamu lewat dari jamnya). Bbrp hari kemudian sang istri mengusir anak dari tempat kost. Saya permasalahkan cara pemilik menangani masalah dengan emosi, dimana anak benar2 tidak tahu ada jam malam. Semoga menjadi bahan masukkan untuk para orangtua yg anak putrinya hendak kost di arabella bali. Sang istri jarang ada di tempat kost, sehingga sang suami yg bertindak kalau ada masalah.
