Cost-effective hotel! The location of the hotel is really good, and it's a 15-minute walk to the beach. There was a live performance at the shopping mall next door, and it was fun to see! The breakfast was good, the room was moderately large :) but the ants...It did come out...Also the rooftop swimming pool is wonderful!!!

Beautiful hotel.. easily accessible and near to market, mall and lots of hotels... They have a huge spread of meals and room service but very limited veg options... But 2 good Indian restaurants nearby solve the issue.. Overall a good stay...

Decent hotel but I don't see how it's a 5 stars, should be 4. Some rooms are located directly in front of the road and live music till about 930pm. Breakfast is okay but nothing special. Service is average. Rooms are big and modern. Imo it's a 4 stars.

Rooms are big but a waste of space. The washrooms are big but the shower room is so small. Also they don't have Muslim shower. I checked in at 2 am and there was no one to welcome us at the hotel entrance. I have to figure it out by myself to find the entrance. There was no one at the reception. After a while a guy came to the reception but he was in so much dirty clothes and was not a friendly person at all. I requested for the honeymoon cake, after a while I found a lizard in it and I called the reception to send someone to take it out of my room but no one came. The next day in the lobby I asked the reception guy to give me a water bottle as I was thirsty but he refused to provide a water bottle.

It was nice hotel and ambience is good. I have stayed over there for last one week. Especially for Indians this hotel is comfortable because lot of Indian restaurants are next to this hotel. Also Lippo mall is part of the hotel and evening orchestra with Multicusine food is nice to spent the dinner with music. The hotel is good but customer service response is poor always. During my stay I called Seven times only one time they lifted the call and respond but that problem also not resolved. Need more person in reception to take care of customer query and complaints. The breakfast and housekeeping is good but found mosquito in the rooms which is little uncomfortable during the stay.

Hotel rooms are very fairly priced, clean and very spacious, services are good, one bad thing was the breakfast, food was sloppy and not too appetising. Other than that it was close to the airport, great for overnight stops/transits and not a noisy place so we had a good nights rest.

Room area is really spacey u0026 comfortable, 50 sqm for deluxe, and quite new. Gowever service wasn't that good due to high occupancy during school holiday period, breakfast was way below 5 star hotel standard, max to be in the 3rd star standard
