The seat was comfortable enough. The staff serve in humble way. You can buy your movie ticket by using digital apps or on the spot purchasing. When i visited this cinema, the staff forget to turn off the lamp while the film was playing. It's so funny but will be a serious concern if it happens frequently????????

So proud that Bali has modern and good looking Cinemas Hall in some area such this Cinemapolis in Lippo Mall Kuta.

They make us easier to buying ticket and choosing the seat with so many service time by online app of Cinemapolis.

For VIP Studios:
I don't recommend buying seat "C" better "Au0026B", in the VIP lobby, they put 2 PC's but only 1 is active. (Funny)

For Regular Studio:
The number of rows of seats is 16. A to G if I'm not mistaken.
Recommend buying a 7-10 seat ticket with b-D.

I used to live in Jakarta and cinépolis there was hospitable. Here in Bali they don't have ticket checker, no private toilet, and all the time I'm always having problem with fellow audience. Cell phones are lit and dinging, and my chair always getting rocked from behind until I have to stare at the person behind me for half a minute. This is the third time in 2 months so I'm pretty sure it's always like this in cinépolis.

my fav movie theater which always plays korean movies ????????????
the ticket price is okay, 40K.
the air conditioner is not too cold today. usually it was sooo cold,
no more staff checking our bag ????
toilets are clean, thanks for the cleaner ????????

got two vouchers from cinépolis, buy one get one ticket program. i watched broker u0026 alienoid. both were good movies.

The place was huge. It has 4 floors as I remember. The parking area was big too. It was a bit confusing for me at very first time to get in there since inside building was like a circle, it was hard to find the escalators or lift. I walked around shops to shops. There are some signs telling direction but not really helpful, then I asked to the spg to find the right way.
The place was not really crowded, the shops are mostly closed today. The rest was okay. Second visit? I wouldn't mind.
