The rooms are value for money. The hotel's location is very convenient as you can walk almost anywhere. The breakfast was terrible as well without a lot of variation. During our stay room was daily make and cleaned. The best stay in Bali for last 3d2n and value for money for this hotel.

Moderately priced, this hotel has a great location near downtown Kuta and just minutes walk from Kuta Beach. Right across is a smallish plaza with a range of shops and restaurants which is really convenient. The staff are warm. friendly, polite and very helpful. We got a room on the ground floor which means there was a tiny patio desk outside which is a lovely thing to have. I would give this a higher rating but the bathroom shower tends to splash a lot and there is no hairdryer

You'll get some friendly staff here. It's very clean and comfortable. You could rent a bike or car from hotel's receptionist and it's price is normal. There's a good swimming pool too. And the best part is this hotel is located very strategic, you could go to the beach, mall, food centre, praying area no more than 1 miles walking.

The service quite good, the atmosphere in this hotel also good, located so close from kuta beach. You can find so many mini markets and restaurants nearby, even if you wanna go to the church. The good thing about this hotel is not so crowd although quite close from the beach. Worth to try

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and found it to be excellent value for money. Strategic location and the Lippo mall just in front of hotel, room size ~18 sq. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For 350.000 rupiah or 24 euro, its the best hotel in the heart of kuta u can find.

My review today: no towel, you must ask. Bad breakfast. Chicken porridge without chicken (I have to wait for 10 minutes for the chicken), black coffee taste is plain. I asked for 2 bath mats and they only gave me 2 because they don't had anymore. The towel is dirty and broken.
My review 6 months ago: The room was not ready when I check in. Good location. The room is clean.

It's pretty empty and it's lush. The electronic room door sometimes failed to be opened. Staff that didn't see to care or speak enough English to understand. Location of hotel is very good near to Lipo Mall and 10 mins walk to beach. For that price i thing is good choice.
