Good for a person who looking for a law budget hotel near the airport. AC rooms are available but sometimes it was not enough. A noodles provided for breakfast and its was a very basic breakfast. Bed sheets and towels were okay, though rooms and bathrooms were not very clean.

$20 a night with FREE breakfast?! Amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. Really comfy bed with air con. Lovely staff. Option to book taxi at good price.
Great place to start your trip!

Room was really compact and toilet was stinky. This is a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights but not 2 weeks. Breakfast was small on a huge plate. We moved to a resort that was cheaper than staying here for the remainder of our holiday.

Cheap and friendly. Location very strategic and also easy to find. At night can hear music from the mall and also the tattoo shop outside. Old furnitures but room size is big. Found a baby roach and some flies. I wish they would just replace the toilet floor mat because it is dirty, sandy and smells.

Avoid if possible! I don't know where this place gets such a good reviews from!? My experience - terrible! Booked "deluxe" room, was taken to some dodgy homestay a few doors away - disaster! Refused to stay there. Somehow "deluxe" room appeared in Agus Beach Inn but I don't believe they know what "deluxe" even mean!? Breakfast basic and awful. Music from near by mall kept us awake till late and then people chatting on the corridor till morning!!!???? The whole atmosphere of this place was strange... Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone:(

The hotel is totally different from the photos shown in websites.
Rooms are not good and bathroom stinks a lot.
And the hotel owner is very arrogant, does not listen you, if you argue with the owner he may ask you to leave immediately irrespective of time and place.
Be careful if you have booked room in this hotel.
