It was located near the hotel I stayed so it was convenient for me to walk there and enjoy a drink. The inside was very cool when they used dark theme for decorating. Staff was very friendly. I really like their Indonesia Mugs, they were colorful and lively. The big mugs were very useful to carry water and any drinks with you outside. Drink was nice and cool. I asked them to add some caramel sugar and it was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just like ordinary Starbucks I usually see in Jakarta.

Only here, they charge IDR 12000 more for the beverages. Similar to the meals. Compare to outlets in Jakarta.

Their standard services did not differ. Same greetings, attitude and smiles.

Place was quite small for a Starbucks outlet. Offer less tables and chair to seat.

Sbux store inside lippo mall. Great location but only have a few seating inside the store, which is a bummer when you coming in a sunny hot day and didnt find seating. The staff were very friendly and helpfull

Bad experience. The cashier showed discrimination when I placed order with her. It’s unacceptable.
