Nice place to stay if waiting for a flight out. Very convenient and next to Lippo mall.

The room is nice. Facilities are great. But, the room doors are made of glass, so you will hear a lot of noise from outside. Especialy in the morning (they also have a pet bird). Oh and, the hotel is not accessible with car. No parking lot too. So you have to park in the mall next to it if you bring a car with you.

Staff were alternately inattentive and rude. Room reeked of urine, bathroom was filthy and the door lock was so warped the key broke off in it on first use. The sliding glass door was off its hinges and very flimsy creating security risk. We asked to be moved to a different room and were denied despite other rooms being available. Very unpleasant stay.

I discovered that there's only one family room. Rest of the rooms are deluxe. Toliets are so nice. Having a living room. A fridge. A restaurant and sliding doors.

A good place for staycation. Was there for 2 nights.. 10 minutes wall to beach and surrounded by many excellent cafes n restaurants and has a good mall just across the road
