I don't always take my time to write a 5-stars review for a place, but this hotel is totally deserve it! The hotel was quiet with balinese traditional architecture, the room was large, clean, and fragrant, and the bed was better than some of five star hotels I've ever visit, all for less than US$ 15 per night! Only minus breakfast and swimming pool, but I didn't mind it since you can always have breakfast outside and swim on the beach. Definitely will be back.

I stayed here early March to Mid-March as COVID lockdowns were beginning. The room was ok, however, since there were many empty rooms due to COVID, the front desk boys ignored the empty rooms that needed their listrik (electricity) topped-up. This meant that the irritating, high-pitched listrik box beeping never stopped because it wasn’t topped-up. Quite disturbing.
Plus, even after the boys cleaned my room, long black hair always remained on the floor. (Not mine, as I have short brownish hair). There also seemed to a constant flow of ants in my bed. All pretty gross. The few boys that worked the front desk spent much of the day playing games on their cel phones-but without earphones-and the game noise easily traveled to my room upstairs and near the front desk.
OK place, but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The room is spacious. The room and bathroom are very clean. It's value for money.The location is good, lots of streetfood just at the next door. It's a small hotel and quite at night, so it's good to be relax. The only cons is the wifi always lost connection. Breakfast is basic. Yet, overall is good

Stayed in Sept 2018. Not sure how other rooms, but we had ours on ground floor and it was not so good. The bed was big and comfy, wi-fi and AC working and the room quite spacious despite dirty walls. But the bathroom was terrible - smelly naphtalene balls everywhere and shower curtain was gross, all covered in gray mold, should be replaced immediately, it's unhygienical! Close to the airport (walking distance possible) is an advantage.

If you want spent few days in kuta then I would suggest this is a good cheap place to stay. It's very calm here and the rooms are very clean and tidy with WiFi facility. Though Breakfast is not served there are lots of restaurants nearby and also there is a convenience store(alfamart) at a walkable distance. To be noted this place is just 5 -10 drive from airport

It's best place if you are planning to visit Bali. beach, restaurant, pub bar, ATM, Mall, street food, massage, is near at walking distance. Cost of hotel is almost like nothing but rooms are much better than you expect $7-$8 a day what else you want.

Small homestay tucked away down a small road in the Kuta Area of Bali
Good sized room with TV and a small bar fridge.
Hot Water shower plenty of mirror and a good AC
Breakfast provided but only 1 toast and omlet with tea or coffee.
