Very loved it IDR 125k for 1 room with shared bathrooms, fan, towel, blanket, very clean, well ventilation, owner is very nice and kind, I left my phone on aisle and the staff keeping it. Very good homestay for backpackers. And the location is very very very precious, it's located exactly behind the main Street, just behind the building, get in from small alley and you'd be there, just like you really staying at the heart of Malioboro, but the disadvantage was there only parking space for at least 3-4 motorcycle because it's located in small alley. You can park your car in the public parking spot. It's very recommended homestay/motel since it's really close to the main Street it bit noisy and you can enjoy night at Malioboro at anytime.
