Cozy room, very great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but how can they allow people to smoke inside the hotel? :( during the breakfast time. No lobby , just the location is great

Located at the very bustling shopping area so it is very convenient. Location of the hotel is superb. The walk to the hotel is about a block around the corner from the bus stop. The rooms were up to my standards of clean. I recommend this hotel if all your concern is about location.

For travellers who are willing to short-stay only for enjoying the greates shopping center in the edge of malioboro street, Mutiara is the right options to stay. The rooms are not very spacious. The hotel is not as centrally located as we would have liked. The nice things was Molioboro street just stone throw away.

I like stay at this hotel because the hotel location very strategic in the center of marioboro street. The room has good city view direct to the Jogja city center. I possibly would stay here again but there are so ***y choices in Jogja that it would probably be a last choice.

After that we went to AbhayaGiri a Yogyakarta highland from those place you can see Merapi and a beautiful Awesome Candi Prambanan and Ratu Boko, my advice please arrive before sunset hmmm very ro***tic places. The location is so nice on Jl. Rooms look dull and needs to be repainted.

Old hotel, rooms are outdated but they have renovate it to be more modern-ish. Lack of electric outlets, water was not running for half hour. Breakfast are okay, small restaurant. Location is the best!

Good hotel, seems to old interior. But its best hotel in the middle of malioboro street. Breakfast its great. Since room at the mutiara is full, we offered to second building of hotel just short walk to there. Great!
