pork alert!????
didn't think i would find pork satay here. it was a bit of a hassle getting here because of malioboro's portals, but with my friend not giving up to savor the juicy, tender, sweet, and smoky layers of meat and fat, we made it!

satay was exactly like how i described, freshly grilled in front of your eyes. it's worth the price????

it is near to Malioboro street...it is only street stall with 3 tables...so when we came, we joined with other..we ordered Satay, meatballs, Siomay...all are pork.. it's great taste...we also order Es Sekoteng (with tape ketan - fermented glutinous rice and no ginger)

I don't find many places in the city that sell pork, so I was excited when I was in Malioboro and I found out about this. The menu is simple, they have pork satay and pork meatball soup (chinese style). The place is a bit tricky to spot because it is just a small street vendor with two tables and several plastic chairs. If you don't know, it is right in front of the Ramayana's side exit door. The satay was more than satisfying, generous cut of meat and right amount of seasoning. You can't easily find something like this in Java. The meatball soup was heavenly. The soup was amazing, so tasty. The meatballs were smooth and bouncy. My only sadness is just that it has no actual space, but the food is definitely worth the visit. Real nice.

Best pork satay in town. Juicy and very tender. Sweet and tasty. So yummy. One portion is never enough. Their bakso is also good but not as good as the satay. But their siomay is worth to try, also their otak-otak.

The seller is also friendly and the service is quite fast. But the space is so small. There are only three tables with some chairs. Price is quite affordable. One portion of satay consists of 5 sticks is only 30K. The bakso is 16K/portion. Opens at the afternoon from 5pm till drop.
