cozy hotel. clean. it is not a fancy hotel for staycation, but it is cozy n clean for sure. i extend 1 more night at this hotel just because i like it.

No tissue in room, n the bathroom was little dirty like the wall n the shoap container. Hope it will be better.

if you want to stay in center of jogja but dont to get those crowded situation, this is one of the best option.

Very old, dirty, and smelly. I got bitten by bad bugs.

Very nice, budget hotel near malioboro street.
BUT, you have to ask for more towel, more water, and mat, as they didnt put it on the room (idk why), they only put 1 each, so you have to ask more (no cost added).
Elevator is on, when weekends, but they turn it off when we stay on sunday-tuesday (also idk why).
Swimming pool is okay.
There was very good satay resto beside the hotel
Parking is limited, but its ok

The hotel is clean, the service is very good and the staff are so friendly and kind.
The location is great, close to Malioboro the heart of Jogya, but not too noisy.
