My trip to Bromo for three people was cancelled in March 2020, the company promised to refund right away (2.5 mln)

It's the end of July, then haven't refunded anything and do not respond anymore!

Had a good experience using this company. We booked a sunrise lookout trip followed by visiting the two main temples. They were very clear when we booked that we were simply booking transport and if we wanted a guide we would need to organise one separately. They also told us that the entry tickets to the temple and sunrise point would be extra. The price was reasonable and, as it was low season, we ended up being the only ones on the trip so had our own private air conditioned car! Our driver was very friendly and a safe driver - great trip all around!

Such a long way to get to the volcanos... The buses are really old and they drive crazy, the hostels you have to choose, lava hostel was kind of ok but the one in ijen was disgusting( the one with swimming pool) thanks a good hotel after the tour because you are gonna need it.

We booked car from yogyakarta to jomblang cave and to pindul cave and we paid in advance. The driver asked for another 100,000 rp for second destination which we already paid. We have to show the drive our email to prove we already paid.

After we get back to hotel, the drivee asked if we paid. We have to go upstair to get receipt to prove we already.

That was really annoying, and if we didn't keep the receipt we don't know what might happen.

To the visitors dealing with losari, be sure to keep every evidence that can prove you paid the money or we wish you guys good luck.
