One of the most complete health club in Jogjakarta. It's a facilities for the hotel guest and also open for public to register as member. There's annual, 6 month, 3 month, and monthly membership.
The price as high end as the facilities. However, considering that you will have gym, class, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, it will be well-spent-money experiences..and it all lead a goodness for your healthy lifestyle.

I workout at this place every morning while I stayed at Jogja. Before I register here, I already visit 4 other gym but here is the most clean place.
Staffs here are friendly and speak English.
Facilities are not much, but there are things that essential.
I only have been workout at 6-8AM, usually around this time, this place is not crowded. There are enough treadmill and stepper for your cardiovascular exercise.
But some of facilities at the free weight area still under the replacement. But still, this is good enough place for your daily workout in Jogja.

We paid 1.5 million to access the gym, basketball court, tennis court and the swimming pool and I must say I am disappointed. This is a premium class gym, probably one of the best in the entire province of Jogja, but why do I walk into the shower and find out there's only one clothes hook for me to hang my change of clothes? I have to resort to hanging it over the door. There's always a considerable amount of grime one the shower floors which smells horrible and makes it super slippery. There's a tiny space in the center of the shower where I can safely stand to shower. None of these shower doors have locks on them for some reason. That's a big minus. They could've just used shower curtains to circumvent this, instead they opted to use semi-opaque doors. The equipment is very good quality so I'll give them that. I've been going to this gym once or twice a day for a month and the quality hasn't improved.

I just became a member and this health center doesn’t disappoint. It took a week for them to process a membership card for me (for checking in). The membership is very flexible with plenty options. You can choose all facilities (aerobics, gym, tennis court, and swimming pool) or just choose one like me. The term is divided into 3: 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year.
Plus:
1. Clean gym with air conditioned room. The machines/weights are well maintained.
2. The changing room is nice with hot shower and hair dryer.
3. Warm and courteous staff at the Kirana front desk.

Minus:
1. Whirlpool and sauna are extra, Rp 50K for members. It is only available for free for annual membership.

Good place with good facilities. It does feels like home whenever I go here so the vibe is very comfortable. Swimming pool, jogging track, basketball and tennis area, also spa available here. Very convenience.

Good staff, a lot of out of service toilet, gym equipment quite old and need refurbishment.
