Hotel bit dirty, the bed sheet's not clean, dekil, the room air smells bad, maybe because air conditioning often turn off while not occupied. The bathroom worse, the shower not well functioning. We even didn't touch the tea/coffee set provided there. We booked 2 rooms and my teenager kids couldn't sleep well coz the room's bad smell.
We came around 8 am to have breakfast and menus almost empty,
My suggestion please clean up the floor, all area, lobby, alleys, and rooms.

Have quite an unpleasant stay here.

I stayed for 3 nights and check in at around 8pm. My room was super hot, the Air Conditioning is only releasing hot air hence the room stays humid eventhough we already set it at 18 degree. Complained to the reception, ask to move to a new room but they said they’re full. So we decide to left the room for them to fix.

I came back to the hotel at almost 11pm, directly ask the reception how was my room and they said it already being fixed. Went up to my room and turns out the Air Conditioner was not functioning AT ALL. We can’t even turn on the AC. Complain again and they said that it haven’t been fix and can only be check by the team tomorrow. I mean, earlier you said it’s already been fixed?!?! The audacity…

After some arguments, we finally move to another room (when at first they said there’s no room to move to?!). Thank god the new room has properly functioning AC.

On top of the trouble on the first day, all the room smells badly - ‘bau apek’ is there all in 3 days, suspecting it came from your ‘kain pel’ bcs it only get stronger after the room being cleaned up???? I stay with my friends, in total we have 3 rooms and all of them experience quite the same smell.

Never try the bfast, but my friend testify that there’s a lot of ants around the food with no staff initiate to clean them up.

Definitely not a pleasant experience here.

Nice hotel. With old fashion details seems look dutch heritage. Recommended for family.

The interior and building is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Helpfull and friendly staff.

Really unique design and spotlessly clean hotel. We stayed one night and really sad to leave. The colonial design is the best part of this hotel. Unique furniture and attentive staff. The best part for me is the housekeeping. When we checked in, we we're amazed by the cleanliness of the room. the room is spotless and something I really appreciate is a small chocolate given by the house keeping. Small things but really show how they care of their customer.

Really looking forward to stay again the future.

It's nice, but the staff forgot to put towels in my room. When I tried to contact the staff, unfortunately the phone in my room didn't work but luckily my friend from another room could contact the service center to ask towels.. Immediately the staff sent them for us.. Thanks
