Good for the price. The breakfast was okay, the room wasn't too big but adequate, clean and comfy. Most importantly the service was good

The parking lot was small (with additional parking lot outside of the hotel) but it was not a problem because we could still fit the car

Very close to Malioboro Street. It would take around 5 minutes by walk to go to Malioboro, or you could go by pedicabs

Good choice for hotel location.. 250 m from malioboro street, breakfast is very very good..the food is very delicious and have complete variation menu...western food ...local food..healthy food ..snack.. etc

Room is bit small...my room aircon was so hot. Not cold enough... bathroom ok. But services very nice, polite. Breakfast a lot of choices and very taste good.

Several time staying at this hotel, clean and comfort for the room, also near to malioboro, only this time I don't know why the electricity 8 times on and off, don't know will continue on and off this whole night or not. Overall it is really a nice hotel.

This is my second time to come here and we've stayed here for ten days and still enjoyed it.
Awesome location with walking distance. The bar close by Pool was very cool not shore if it is chilled, but very refreshing.
Rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic, good English and very helpful.
All become friends with my Mom and I, when we walk in to the lobby area they all greet our name with the biggest genuine smiles.
So I highly recommend.
