The hotel is calling distance from Malioboro Road. Budget hotel and having good hospitality. Rooms are okay. Hot water is a little bit late. Parking a car is an issue.but it is okay that you can walk and chill on Malioboro street. Food in restaurants is tasty ????

their service is very good. I like it. When I forgot to put my phone. They kept it first and then they gave it to me. Oh thank you very much. But I really regret the taste of the food and the juices and herbs are not that great but the tea is ok. Hope it will better.

A comfortable hotel for families, and located in the center of Malioboro and easy access, because in the middle of the city, and near by train transportation,

We are happy while staying here with my family, comfortable, clean, and breakfast is complete by buffet as a three stars, and the price is still affordable, we will coming soon in this hotel, I highly recommend.

Well basically, this is the 'New old hotel'
I think it was newly renovated, and the hotel have new name.
Very satisfied with the air conditioner, and water, and clean room, but very unsatisfied about the the soundproofing of the room. From second floor, you can hear all the car engine sound, motorbike, and even people talking.
Plus the location is great, near malioboro street
