Stayed here during 5 nights In Yogjakarta, very clean and comfortable. Room was a little bit small but adequately satisfied our needs. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was an added bonus.

Room is quite packed and small. Got a towel which teared everywhere, so sad..eventough it were changed after I rase a conplaint. But how can those towel being released for customer at the first place? the covid protocol not quite good as several employee who change the linen were not using the mask while cleaning the other room

The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, the food was adequate. The only thing I don’t like is the cleanliness of the sheets u0026 pillows. They were stained and most definitely aren’t laundered yet. I also found food crumbs on my bed. Maybe in normal condition I could overlooked them but uncleanliness during pandemic is intolerable.

I have two nights here for my office event.
This hotel is quite new, has been running for 4-5 months.The room is large enough. The staff is helpful. One disadvantage is breakfast menu, which is very so so for four star hotel. Hopefully next time will be better. Recommended for revisiting on next family holiday.

Stayed here for 2 nights during high season, fortunately got upgraded room for deluxe room price.
Breakfast is good enough. But remember to get breakfast earlier because they were not that active on refilling the meals, plus the eggs live cooking works too slow.
Swimming pool is very small, great for kids but nope for adult, pretty fair for 3stars hotel though.
They have fair gym room too, but it's on pretty secluded place on 2nd floor, maybe that's why not many guest using it.
The room is clean. The bathroom on my room is pretty big.
